Customer service? What is that?
You walk in and there is no greeting. You can even make eye contact with an employee and will not receive a greeting. You go into the fitting room area and get no service unless you hunt them down. You proceed to the checkout line and still no customer service. It feels like walmart. You get what you want and you pay for it. That’s the summation of the experience.
As far as the brand itself, it looks like a knockoff Guess… which may I add isn’t even a great brand.

G by Guess has some pretty nice men’s shirts inside of it, but is not really that big and lacks variety in it’s choices. In addition, the sales are never really that great and chances are you won’t be able to buy a shirt you like for less than $ 40-​$ 50. You can pretty much check out all their stock in a about four minutes. Workers are decently friendly and the store usually has some nice songs playing inside. Overall nothing too special.
