Came in to get a consultation. They use high pressure sales tactics. They offer a package that includes 9 sessions but she told me I probably wouldn’t need more than 6! When I said I wanted to think about it her attitude quickly changed! When I left she didn’t shake my hand say thanks for coming walk me out or anything! She asked me to leave her office door open! I spoke to someone I know who said their prices are ridiculous even at 50% off. Why pay for 9 visits when you probably only need 6?! I called for a better price and she offered 60% off retail that still wasn’t a good price. She then went on about how the other place doesn’t have good lasers and blah blah blah. I found another location who charges only for sessions you use. Making it A LOT less expensive for the same thing. I have been happy with their treatments.
Place is kind of dirty too.
UPDATE — They just called and offered me 70% off! Clearly there is a lot of wiggle room in the negotiations. My advice is to hold out for a better price…

I go here for my laser hair removal. The staff is nice and talks with you during the treatment which helps the time go by faster because the treatment on my legs hurts pretty badly. I know it’ll be worth it in the end, but being only half way thru treatments and knowing it’s only going to be more painful in the future worries me! I’m sure the numbing cream they suggested would really help though! This is a great location and there is always a parking spot. Lushi at the front desk is awesome!

I recently transferred my treatments to this location and I am grateful I did. This office pays a lot more attention to detail and I feel like the staff is friendlier. I was previously at the westshore location and the parking situation was horrible. I highly recommend the Brandon location!
