More Italian Pizza Bistro

Food was amazing! Meatball sandwich was great! Roll crispy on outside and soft on inside and homemade meatballs couldn’t be beat!!. Parmesan wings were unique and cooked to perfection. Lastly the pizza was the best I have had since arriving in Florida. Highly recommend and Marco the owner makes the experience even better!

Ordered a half pepperoni, half cheese pizza. It was okay, but that was no consolation when I was up half the night stuck on the toilet. I checked with the other 2 people that ate from that pie, and they experienced the same result. Obviously the whole day today I’ve been tired af, and pissed off. I hope an inspector surprise checks these bastards. If they do, I’m sure they’ll never open again.

Delicious, fresh ingredient pizza and salad! Don’t let the mall location fool you. Service was attentive and great attitude! From out of town, and bookmarked it to return when back in town!

I was born in Brooklyn and love pizza. The staff here are all so kind from the moment you walk in until you walk out. They are all so courteous and caring for each person. It felt like I was family and not just a customer. The owner made his way to our table and told us stories about his family and the fresh ingredients of the pizza. Needless to say, I will be a staple customer from now on!

I had a party here and they were very accommodating. The owner even came and gave me a delicious dessert. The pizza was amazing it was probably the best pizza that I have had in a long time.

Delicious pizza and great service! If you want the best tasting pizza head over to More Italian Bistro it is the bomb! It’s not fast food pizza it’s authentic Italian pizza.

Stopped in for a slice of pizza after a move, and it was just okay. Having grown up in a pizza place I am very picky about my pizza choices. The best way to tell if a place has good pizza, is to order a slice of cheese pizza, so that’s what we did. I found it to be very bland, the sauce was okay, but lacked flavor. The crust was good not too thin and was crispy. Don’t go in with high hopes in finding the best New York pizza, because this was not it. I would give it another chance as I alway give a place 2 chances, just in case they had an off day.

Had a slice or two with my Kido. While waiting for our movie to start. This lil place is amazing the pizza was good hot and fresh. And the gal working Sandy was so great sweet and very attentive. We walked in just a few momment before they opened and she was nice to let us sit a wait while she got our drinks and orders. Compliments to the chef.

Love the pizza and wings. Just like NYC. Great atmosphere and staff. Definitely coming back.

I continue to come to More Italian and every single time I’m amazed as to how good the food is. They use only fresh ingredients and you can taste the freshness. I’m so lucky to have found such a great spot close to where I live.

Great food, excellent people. I had a huge calzone which was fantastic. The owner stopped by and introduced himself, bonus points as he speaks Italian. Be sure to stop in!

Good… Not great… But good. I really miss New York pizza. Anthony’s coal fire is the best for Italian style pizza. Like. From Italy. Haven’t found any NY style pizza that I like outside of NY, NJ or Philly. But I’ll keep looking :)

We went in yesterday to eat before our movie. After we sat there for 20 minutes without even a waitress coming to take an order or even acknowledge us, we got up and left. They weren’t even busy, maybe 3 or 4 tables had people at them.

Please take it from a New Yorker… More Italian Bistro is the best pizza in Brandon. The owner is awesome and spends all his time at this place caring about what his customers are eating.

Definitely ‘slow-​food’ as noted on their website. Actually, the wait wasn’t that bad as I was able to converse with my husband over our drinks. We ordered medium wings that’s made with «home-​cooked buffalo sauce» and a medium «5 Top Special» pizza which consists of pepperoni, sausage, onions, peppers, mushrooms and «baked in brick ovens».
Our food finally arrived but I was pretty let down and slightly confused by the wording used on their menu.
First off, the wings were okay but they’re also covered with red tomato sauce mixed with buffalo sauce. It was kind of a strange thing and it seemed they toss the wings in that sauce AFTER being cooked. I really didn’t care for that at all. Although, the waitress said that I probably would like their Garlic Parm wings instead, but I didn’t bother asking for that. My husband is a huge wing lover and he gave the wings 7 out of 10 and added that he wouldn’t go out of his way to order these again though.
Secondly, the pizza looked shiny, meaning it was wet due to the piling of the toppings. I was right as soon as I pulled out my slice and half of my toppings fell to the pizza pan. The center of the pizza was definitely wet. This is when I realized the second confusion of the wording they used on the menu «BAKED TO ORDER IN OUR BRICK OVENS». This was definitely not what I was expecting because it wasn’t obvious at all as typically when restaurants claim this, they’ll use a pizza peel to directly deliver the raw dough pizza onto the brick oven to allow the moisture be pulled out of the center of the dough and help evaporate the extra moisture on top of the pizza from the extra vegetable toppings. I flipped over the pizza and noticed they instead bake the pizza on top of a mesh pizza pan. The tiny grid-​like marks were proof. I also did not see a «brick oven» and saw several large metal ovens.
The toppings on the pizza could have been a bit better as they used sliced sausage instead of crumbling it, making it appear as very brown pepperoni alongside the real pepperoni. It wasn’t appealing at all.
We had the rest as left overs and had it for our lunch the next day. It wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t as delicious as it’d be when cold. I do like cold pizza the next day for brunch and it didn’t wow me at all.
I think this restaurant got lucky with the number of reviews because of it’s very very convenient location as it’s plopped right in front of a movie theater, making it easy for movie goers grab a slice before or after the movie. Would I come back, not even remotely sure because of the misleading or not enough description of the items make me wonder how the other entrees, like lasagna, on the menu really are prepared as.

Went here last night before catching a movie since it is right next door to the theater. There isn’t a whole lot of seating inside, so on a very crowded movie night there might be a longer wait for a spot to open up. Luckily we got a table right away.
The service we received was just average — not bad, but nothing to praise either. It seemed to take forever to get the bill though!
I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza. I wanted to add mushrooms as an additional topping, but was told I could only get mushrooms if I ordered a whole pizza. This strikes me as a bit odd because the pizza is made and cooked fresh there when you order but whatever.
Our food came out pretty quickly. The pizza was a little on the greasy side, but still really tasty! It is a pretty good sized slice that they give you as well.
I would probably return to try one of their pasta dishes… or maybe with a (small) group of people to split a whole pizza. And in that case, I am getting my mushrooms!

This is the real deal. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! And the burschetta is to die for!

The food is always good! Had the meat stuffed pizza for the first time! It was fabulous!!! Enough to feed a party of 6 with leftovers. YUMMY

First visit to this restaurant and definitely It won’t be the last one. I had the four cheese pizza with veggies, Great taste ! Dessert was Tiramisu, you can’t go wrong with their Tiramisu. You can tell this place uses quality ingredients to prepare the food.
The bill was low taking into consideration a dinner for two with beers, main course and dessert. Our server was very educated and provided an excellent service.
