Panera Bread

Customer service was good but Poor quality of food even the green tea was watered down. I tried this place twice to give them the benefit but ended throwing my food out. I asked if this location was a franchise and it is. Smh hope to find another one close while in town

Panera is always a good place to have breakfast, a light lunch or have a business meeting. I was at the Brandon Mall location for a small business meeting. The noise level is not too noisy and they offer free WiFi internet with lots of outlets to plug in your devices. I always love ordering the pick two. My favorite is the potato soup and Asian sesame chicken salad. My favorite soup was not offered on my visit so I opt for the broccoli and cheese soup, that was very good too. Their soups and salads are always fresh in my experience. I always order the green tea and add some lemon to it. So refreshing! Don’t forget to sign up for their reward program and get your card. They offer a freebie on your birthday and from time to time offer promotions for free stuff. The month of February was a daily free bagel all month, wasn’t that cool!!! especially if you are a bagel lover. They also offer a great variety as well. All in all Panera Bread is one of my favorite casual dining experiences and I never have an issue with customer service.

First time i went in on my work break looking to get a small cup of macaroni but they were all out. The last time i went in i ordered a chicken caesar salad and there was corn in it. I prefer the big ben location but they still have excellent food and good service here.

At panera bread the food is delicious. Rheir bread, pastries smoorh n delicious. their catering really super. I would encourage anyone to try and they will be sold.

As the food is always consistently good. Today was a totally disappointing and disgusting experience. We sat at the o ly boot available and as we were half way through our meal I looked behind where my husband was sitting and totally grossed out as food was speared all over it looked behind me and the same. As we walked through the restaurant all the back if the booths looked that way. Where are the days Panera cared? Why isn’t management walking through their day and not noticing what their store looks like or the cleanliness???
When we spoke to manager… there was no concern! Makes one wonder… what does the kitchen look like?

This place is hard to find if you don’t know where you are going. It’s located in the mall, but you can see it from the parking lot. It is near Red Robin and California Pizza Kitchen. This place is clean and the food is good. It’s a great place for lunch (sandwiches, soup, salad, pastries, etc). You can even get any pastry for $ 0.99 with your lunch order. How can I say no to that?

My 4 star review is based primarily on the baked goods and the staff and store, and less about the lunch menu.
I have occasionally had lunch here, and it’s good, but 90% of my visits are for the bakery. And most of those visits to the bakery end up with me buying cinnamon scones.
The coffee is great, they’ve added iced coffee, there’s never a line early in the morning, and the scones are out of this world.
The triple berry scone and the orange scone are excellent choices, both are delicious. But the cinnamon scone is heavenly, I could eat one every morning…

The food is excellent, the service is good, the staff friendliness sucks. This is the first time I’ve been back to a Panera Bread in five years, it maybe another five years before I return. My wife’s long look at the menu board seems to be a problem for the young lady doing nothing but waiting to take our order. I felt like because I did not know the Panera culture I was an albatross. Not knowing where or who to give my vibrating thingy too got a snarl from the azzhat behind the counter. It’s too bad that the crappie pompous attitude of this staff will prevent me from returning to an otherwise good food restaurant. The two stars are only for the food. Otherwise, one star because zero is not an option.

Personally, this is one of my favorite places to eat and this location in particular is up to par with everyone that I’ve been to so far. I love that there’s a good variety to choose from but not so much on the menu that it takes you forever to decide what you want to eat.
The salads and paninis are out of this world and if you find yourself feeling a little chilly, one of their soups in a bread bowl is perfect and satisfying! They offer healthier options as sides for your sandwich if you’d like and they post all of the calorie counts for each item, which is very convenient for those who are trying to watch what they eat.
I’ve never had an issue with staff and everyone has been courteous at each location that I’ve been too. I really like that this particular one in Brandon is attached to the mall because I don’t have to walk far from shopping to get one of my favorite lunches.
If you’re in a bind on time and you’re tech savvy, the panera app is so useful because you can put your order in and pay for it on the app. My boyfriend and I placed our order through the app — incredibly easy by the way — and we walked right in around the time they told us it would be ready and grabbed our food bag from the order out shelf and walked right back out. No waiting in lines. No worries. Total time saver and that’s one of the major positives of this chain.

Panera is fantastic! Staff is patient & friendly & restaurant is pretty clean considering it’s always pretty full! The food well there’s so much I like here that it would be too long to list, it’s quicker to say I’m not crazy bout salad so I don’t care for those here either! My Favs are the Green Tea, caramel latte, any soup, Frontega chicken & bacon turkey bravo sandwiches, & the Alfredo & Mac & chz pastas! All of which are yummy! Desserts are pretty good too, I recommend their raisin bread for amazing French toasts at home! Oh & their breakfast is also pretty darn good, u just can’t really go wrong here! Especially if u need some comfort food or feeling sick! Plus if u get their rewards card u get to enjoy free stuff all the time

Super fast service. I did not order any food but a gift card. The manager quickly saw I was waiting in line and came over to help me. The place was clean!

Great place to meet with people. They have Wi-​Fi that has been reliable every time, there are a lot of tables and the distribution of the place allows for semi-​privacy if you’re talking business.
The quality of the food is always great. Their bakery always deliver with their sweets, bagels and coffee. Toasted asiago cheese bagels with butter have been on my top 5 snacks for the last decade (simple). Their salads are fresh and abundant (oriental chicken is awesome) and the sandwiches, cold, or pressed are great too.
I don’t remember ordering a grilled cheese at any other place, but they had this picture… man… they got me! It was called the Big Kid grilled cheese sandwich and it had bacon! My manliness didn’t get affected because of the word «Big» and I enjoyed it thoroughly.
I don’t give them 5 because I don’t wake up thinking about them, but Panera it’s a great, consistent, reliable chain.

Good food, free refills. Expensive though. 4stars bc of the limited internet from 11−2pm.

I’m a huge fan of panera for breakfast and lunch! The lines are long but thats because the food is worth the wait! You order at the register and pick up your food at the other end after your buzzer goes off.
For some reason my husbands order gets messed up every other time we go here but he is easy going and never complains.
I’ve never had anything bad here! Ever!

I come to this location alot. With the family and for business meetings. Clean, great service, good food. The chocolate croissants are really good (not good for you, but good!). The salads are great as well.

The only reason why I give them 4 stars is because I think is expensive, well for what you are given.

I enjoy Panera a good deal because I’m a fan of fresh baked bread like you wouldn’t believe! It really makes a difference to get a sandwich or a bagel with bread that was made that morning. I tend to be a bit of a plain sandwich girl so I go for what I’d call «club type» sandwiches. Like a turkey club. A favorite of mine here is the Asiago Cheese bagel. SOO Delicious! They serve some great little chips with your sandwich too and, of course, the deli-​style sandwich mandated dill pickle spear. It sounds strange to say, but I find the soda fountain at this location to be superior to others. The soda just seems to taste better. I have a sneaking suspicion it’s because the employees clean it properly (which is more uncommon than you’d believe, scarily enough). The ambiance is nice. The booths feel more private than in other mall restaurants. Also I believe the wi-​fi is free in here. The employees are always very friendly and I’ve always seen someone tidying up constantly every time I’ve been which is a nice touch. My lack of the two higher stars is because it is a little pricey for a sandwich. Expect to drop about $ 20 if you and another person are both getting sandwiches & drinks with chips.

I absolutely adore the Panera chain, and I am so glad to be living in an area that has them again. The Mr. and I went in here after doing some job hunting through the rest of the town, and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Unfortunately we made it towards the end of their lunch push and they were out of the bread for my sandwich. I give them a solid 4-​star regardless for their honesty, helpfulness and willingness to work with me to get me a fantastic lunch as quickly as possible.
Also, their bakery is unmatched when it comes to this type of lunch stop. I will definitely be back to this location in the future.

I came here with my friend last week to catch up after a long time of being so busy with life and Panera was the perfect backdrop for this. She ordered some food and I picked a clam chowder bread bowl and was amazed at how good it tasted. I have not had a good clam chowder bread bowl since Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco, California way back in 2004. I didn’t have my laptop with me at the time, but I know I would love to kick back with a bread bowl and use my laptop sometime.
