Precision Time

I brought in my watch to see why the batter was not lasting very long. They said it was $ 50 to have it sent in and get an estimate, but it would not exceed $ 200 at the most. After a couple weeks, the estimate was $ 300. I would not have spent the $ 50 had I known it was going to cost that much. I got it back after about 2 months. I went to pick it up and when I got home, I pulled it out of the plastic bag only to find out they didn’t assemble it back together. In all, I spent $ 50 to have them take my watch apart and give it back to me 2 months later. There are better places out there.

Terrible mistake to leave my watch here. I have a nice quality watch from a good manufacturer. I came here to replace the battery and I have to listen to the sales pitch to change the Crystal on my watch. I clearly estated that I don’t wanted to change it because I believed it had sapphire Crystal special coating.
He checked on my watch and said that I did not have the sapphire one, and that the one he was offering me will be fine. Two days later my Crystal is cracked due to poorly installed. Not wanting to have it repaired on the same place I check online with the manufacturer just to find out that my watch have the sapphire crystal. They clearly deceive me. Terrible service stay away. Once I went to the store, the technician insisted that my manufacturer’s information wasn’t right (Swiss Army), Even though that I gave copy to manufacturer’s information found online.
Terrible service, no warranties on repairs they said. I wish they have told me that when they were selleing me the crystal
