I found Heathyr to be helpful and informative and pleasant to deal with. The management is excellent and accommodating when I asked to find a unit that would better fit me then the first assignment. So far, a very pleasant experience. I would only suggest measuring the units as some of the smaller ones are not truly 5×10 but some are closer than others. Overall, a good experience.

If you are late one day on your rent, because the mailman was late or whatever, you are charged a late fee and automatically locked out of your unit until it is paid THAT DAY. Even if you are unaware the mail was late and you paid your bill. It is dangerous during the mornings when lawn crews empty out while they gather equipment, there are many people just walking around checking out your stuff. Lights did not work in our unit for six months, and there was a huge rat problem that destroyed much of my belongings. I will update after I find out if the insurance they require that you have (but is not included in the special price advertised) is going to cover damages.

We have been a longtime customer of this Public Storage facility. We no longer need this unit, so this past weekend we moved out. It was after hours so we didn’t go to the office until the next day. When we arrived at the office, Meagan already had our account closed out. Meagan made our experience quick and easy. Thanks Meagan!

Highly recommend this location. Akea made the transaction quick and easy, and her customer service was impeccable. I was in and out within 15 minutes!
