Don’t be suckered in by the «$ 1 for the first months rent!» load of crap. Once you’re in there, you’ll find out there’s an admin fee, lock fee, insurance fee, just ’cause they feel like it fee, etc. etc. You’re not walking out of there for less than $ 80 on your first visit, so your $ 1 first month is load of garbage to get you in the door. Don’t let me forget to mention the $ 10 increase in rent that occurred with zero warning or notice. You just all of a sudden owe more one month out of the blue. This place has done nothing but bleed me of money since I moved in and I should have walked out that first day, but I was in a hurry. I have had more time to look around and price other places since then and it didn’t take me long to find a much better deal (in fact, a unit twice the size of the one I have now for what I’m now paying these people since their price increase). Believe me, there are better deals out there, and they’re right up the street.
