Negative: if u didn’t set up an appt., you will have to wait for about an hour, depending on how busy they are.
Positive: Brought my 7 month old son for blood work. The lady who did his bloodwork did an amazing job. My son did not cry at all. He was even smiling at her. I forgot to get her name. But she is very friendly and nice.

I truly detest going to get blood work– however this quest has made major improvement in the past year. The staff is fast, efficient and super friendly. Before they were rude and slow. I must preface– my visit was at 3:00pm which is a slower time for them. Considering how many patients they see… They are still happy at the end of the day.
