I went into Rainbow Engraving with a steel travel mug that I wanted engraved for my husband for our 11th anniversary. I knew exactly what I wanted and the man who helped me took the time to make sure he understood what I wanted. I felt very comfortable when I walked out. When I went back for pickup, I was so incredibly happy with the job done. It was perfect! The guy also gave me their «per minute» price (instead of per letter price) since I wanted a pretty lengthy engraving; where he could have raked me over the coals, he saved me a lot of money. The people at Rainbow are so friendly and so professional, I would certainly go back and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you for helping me give the perfect gift!
