Sephora

Love this place… the Ladies were nice and very helpful. They gave me enough space to look around on my own but were still within reach to be ready to help me when needed. Shout out to LAUREN for dealing with my indecisiveness.

My daughter loves this store. Been going for years now and she is 5. The people are amazing. Deema and Nancy go above and beyond to help my daughter feel like a princess. Though I know she needs none of it; she loves it more than Disney or any other store!
So thanks for being awesome!

I love this store because of the brands. I’m only giving 4 stars because it doesn’t carry ALL of the brands I like to use or try, which makes me waste time having to go to Dillard’s or Macy’s — at the end of the day, that particular dilemma won’t prevent me from going :) I did read from another reviewer that the sales reps do follow you around too much, which I totally agree with it being very annoying.

Poorly stocked and the staff follows you around as if you are going to steal. Will be ordering online from now on. Do. Not. Recommend.

As a beginner, it’s really intimidating to walk into a make up store. Your experience always depends on whether or not there’s a helpful associate. Andy, Dima and Alexander were EXTREMELY helpful in answering our questions and made me and my friend feel at ease. On top of that Alexander went completely out of his way to tell us about a lot of his favorite products and how we can use them. I wish their manager was there that day so I could tell them how great these 3 were.
If it hadn’t been for them I’m pretty sure we would’ve had a negative experience, because we had a negative moment with one of the associates who rolled her eyes at us when she saw we didn’t buy anything. We knew exactly what we wanted but both wanted to discuss it with our husbands before spending $ 100s of dollars which I think is normal. I’m sure she could’ve pressured us with her attitude to buy something we didn’t like just to purchase something but it would be pointless if we came back and returned it. I definitely prefer Andy, Dima and Alexander’s services and I plan on going back to this Sephora to make my purchases with them.

I love me some Sephora! I came in to redeem a reward as I’m a Beauty Insider member (their loyalty program), but I decided to browse before heading to the counter to pick it up.
A+ for their customer service! I was greeted by every associate I came across. I wasn’t really looking for anything in particular, so I didn’t make use of their expertise, but it was nice to know I wouldn’t have a hard time finding help if I needed it.
They have a wide array of beauty products from a lot of mid to high-​end brands as well as their own house brand. Everything is neatly organized and clean so it’s super easy to find your way around.
This is the place to go to if you have a larger budget, but not so good if you’re on a tight budget.

My wife loves Sephora so we stopped at this location. The selection was huge and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
