Signature Cleaners

I dropped of clothes to have cleaned here and the girl at the desk was so nice!
I have dropped clothes off here before and they aways do a great job! Not to mention that the prices are better then some other places around here.
A friend asked me not to long ago a good place to have clothing dry cleaned and I recommended them and she was pleased with their service and price.
Keep up the great work!

Most people may agree that a dry cleaner is just another dry cleaner. I would have normally been right along with them and agreed. But today changed my view.
Today I went to drop of a shirt and a dress (the Wife’s) and pick up my shirts that I had dropped off previously. The employee at the front was amazing! When I handed her the dress she began intensely looking over it. She then told me the reason why she did not think this dress should be dry cleaned. It was because of the polyester and the backing, she said it the dry cleaning chemicals would have caused the colors to run and possibly ruined the dress.
She then explained to me that it would be best for this dress to hand wash it in cold water and how to do it. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! She could have taken the dress, not given it any thought, and it could have been ruined. But she very knowledgeable and honest, saving this dress from a possible trip to the trash can.

I have a history of bad luck with cleaners but I have used this location multiple times and thankfully never had an issue here. This is my to go place for leather and suede. I believe they also do rugs and prices are comparable to other locations in the area.
