My girlfriend called this location on Tuesday, November 25^th to let them know I was on my way to pick up my her glasses. She called at 6pm, an hour before they closed and said I would be there within 30 – 45 minutes. I arrived at the location at 6:45pm, 15 minutes before their listed closing time and as stated to them over the phone and upon my arrival all the lights were off and no one was present at the location. Not only did they close early, despite speaking with the associate and letting them know I was on the way, they also did not update their holiday hours and were closed for an additional 6 days for Thanksgiving Holiday. I had to wait over a week to get the prescription glasses for my girlfriend and no one seemed to care. Their lack of communication and professionalism was less than desirable. If a customer speaks with an associate and says they are on their way, the least they could do is stay open until their listed closing time, not close 15 minutes early. Very disappointed and we will not be returning to this location and rather another doctor in our network. And now they keep taking down my review. Awesome

My son has been going here for about three years and it is never a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, due to the fact that this office is the closest to us that accepts his insurance we kind of have no choice. Each time I either call or go in, the staff are very rude and belittling. Just setting up an appointment gives me a headache as the girls who answer the phone are clearly not in the mood, not very customer friendly and just outright nasty. This will be our last visit because at this point I don’t care how far I have to drive, there has got to be a better place for him to have an eye exam than this.
