Do not go to this place!!! Worst customer service ever! I bought a Groupon for my mom and I to have a little girls time and when I called this place they told me the can’t do two people at the same time, that we can go the same day but at different times. I told my mom that I was sorry and that we needed to go at different times but that I was going to drive her and all, I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance for 2:00pm and on my way there I received a call from the lady in this place and I was told that they were too busy and that I needed to change my appointment for 3:00pm. Please go to another place where they are more professional. I will get a refund because I refuse to deal with this place again.

I purchased a Livingsocial deal for a mani/pedi and paraffin hand treatment. When I called to schedule an appointment on March 2nd the only option I was offered was March 18th. The woman I spoke to was rude and acted as though she was doing me a favor by offering any appointment at all. Since I didn’t want to wait over 2 weeks for a pedicure I called Livingsocial and received a refund.

I had a Groupon for a Shellac manicure, Pedicure and Paraffin hand treatment. I didn’t have too much of a problem getting an appointment over the phone though Brenda was very short with me. Once I got there for my appointment with Brenda(which had been scheduled about 2 weeks in advanced) she was overbooked and asked me to come back later. I was unable to so she told me to come the next day. The next day I came back and was able to redeem my Groupon. It was a nice little shop but I did not see any sterilization of the nail tools. she carried them around in a coffee mug and there was nail dust everywhere, She made personal calls during my pedicure and was very condescending when she spoke to me about my nails. She also uses Bath and Body works lotion witch isn’t a big deal but then she sprayed my legs with the body spray witch I thought was very strange and did not smell the greatest. My shellac bubbled and didn’t look the greatest and my nails were uneven. I also never got my Paraffin hand treatment because one of her«usual» customers came in and she was too busy talking to her to finish mine and I was very rushed at the very end. She spent more time talking to others in the shop and on the phone than with me and was very condescending when she did speak to me. I will not be going there again and I will not be recommending this establishment to any of my peers.

Bought a Living Social deal for a Shellac Mani/Pedi. Called the salon and didn’t get anything but voicemail so I left one. Never got a call back, so I called again. The lady answered and was so rude and unprofessional. Was fully booked for over a week and didn’t even empathize. Acted like she could care less! DONTGOHERE! I will be returning my Living Social Voucher ASAP.

Very unprofessional! I never got the chance to sample the service because of the ridiculous scheduling! I ordered a deal from Amazon Local and called Monday morning to book and appointment for the next day(today). The person who answered told me her husband was bringing her appointment book and to call back in an hour. I called back to book, she said she had to «look through» her book and call me back. I gave her my name ans number. 2 hours later(noon time now) I call back to set an appointment and was told she didn’t have anything! I gave her my name and told her I was expecting a call back, and she immediately said«okay will 3:30pm tomorrow work?» I asked how long it would all take because I had other engagements and couldn’t be out past 5. She assured me we would have plenty of time. I go in today at 3pm and she tells me first«no I don’t have a 3:30 appointment». I gave her my name and magically she acted like she remembered and told me she was running behind(mind you I am a half hour EARLY) ANDASKSIF I CANWAITUNTIL4:15! By this point I decline and leave and promptly refund my Amazon Local deal!

This place was just horrible:(Got one of those discount coupons as a gift. Had to call 4 times to finally get an appointment and then the day before my appointment, they called and wanted me to change as «they» double booked! The mani-pedi was HORRIBLE… it lloked like a child had done it. Oh, and they charge me $ 10 more to remove my polish/shellac! Just horrible… horrible!

I have mixed feelings about this place. The stylist consistently did a good job with the cut and highlights. But set up to the salon is odd, in order to make an appointment you need to call the stylist directly. It’s a bit weird for a first timer. The real problem for me was that I had an appointment for a haircut & highlights on a Thursday evening as I was going out of town on Friday for a wedding. When I arrived for my appointment I was told my stylist was out ill and had been for a week. No one bothered to call me to let me know or offer to make an appointment with another stylist. When I asked why no one called me I was told they didn’t have my phone number. Why they have my name but not my phone number didn’t make any sense to me. In today’s day and age all they would have to go is Google me or send me a Facebook message, I was really disappointed. It put me in a bind having to find someone last minute. It was such a turn off I didn’t go back.

Purchased a gift certificate on Amazon local for highlights and a haircut, waited a few months before making an appointment, figured they would be overbooked since they had a groupon and amazon local deal out. Made my appointment, which was pretty easy — I gave her an entire week to work with so she could put me at a time which was convenient for her. The voucher had a cancellation policy on it saying that if the appointment was cancelled that I would lose the value of the voucher, which was fine I wasn’t cancelling. HOWEVER, a few HOURS before my appointment she called to cancel and couldn’t get me in until the following week, which I didn’t have anything available, I asked her about the next day… she said she doesn’t work on Fridays, whatever. She mentioned she might be able to fit me in on Saturday, but I already had tickets to a game for a going away party so that wasn’t going to work. So yeah, no appointment was made. She wasn’t very flexible considering she was the one that cancelled on me at the last minute with no reason even being offered as to why. When you buy vouchers like this and they have a cancellation policy I certainly don’t expect the merchant to be the one backing out at the last minute with no reason being offered as to why. Considering she barely ever seems to have days where she works I’m surprised she is in business. Amazon Local refunded the voucher with no problems. So basically, Amazon local is awesome, K&B salon(located inside the pamper stop) SUCKS.

I was a Groupon purchaser for The Pamper Stop. It actually took a few times to narrow down an appointment time for her, but I understood she was busy, especially after putting out a Groupon. So I was very understanding. I went to get my mani/pedi and was impressed with her little shop. She did well and was super friendly. I loved it and planned on being a repeat customer. In fact, my fiancé was going to be a return customer as well. We enjoyed it that much. So a month and a half went by and it was that time again … I called and got her voicemail, so I left a message saying I wanted to schedule an appointment for a mani/pedi whenever she was available. That was 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard from her. So … I guess my business isn’t needed and I’ll have to take it elsewhere. Which is unfortunate. I really liked it there.
