I would like to point out that Geico for some reason is hiding negative reviews as «unuseful.» I found these reviews extremely useful. In addition, they confirm my own experience of Geico as a company that does not deliver on its claims, and has profoundly poor customer service at every level. I did not get calls returned on a claim and the investigation of my claim was incompetently handled, just as is described in the reviews that are hidden in this site as unuseful. Thus there is a delay in providing benefits that I need. The positive review by HH is explained by the fact that he is NOT A POLICYHOLDER. He should stick with his own policy or he will regret switching to Geico. Geico doesn’t care one iota about its policyholders, even those who have been with them a long time. I suggest to all considering Geico that you read the hundreds of complaints on Unilocal and with consumer affairs.

My auto damage adjuster was Eric D. Berry from Geico Insurance. I was truly impressed with how prompt he was coming to my home & made sure that I was in good hands with Geico. The very same day I received a rental car & Enterprise picked me up!!! Each day Mr. Berry called to ck up on my family & I, & to see if my car was ready yet. He is truly someone who loves his job & cares a lot about his customers! Even though Geico is not my insurance company lol I would still recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again Geico for sending me Mr. Eric D. Berry.
