If I could give it a minus one star, I would. Worst experience in this store. Employees are just rude and totally lack customer service skills. Check out took 10+ mins with ONE cashier. When I asked them to open up another register, deer in headlight look. No response. Will never shop here again.

I think Jo-​Ann fabrics is a great store. This location is good too. It is clean and well stocked. I think any store like this suffers from not enough on floor help, but I thought this staff was way more helpful than those at Michaels. I would pick this store over Michaels any day.

This store has the rudest, most incompetent employees I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. When I asked the girl at the fabric cutting table to cut what I needed in certain amounts she gave me a snotty look and said «You’re going to make me do all this extra work?!» Then she turned to her co-​worker and said «She’s gonna make me do all this extra work». Then she proceeded to cut the fabric as unevenly as possible; half of each piece of cloth was twice the size as the rest. (It was the heavyset black girl with glasses. Yeah bitch, I’m calling you out. You suck at life) The cashier was nice, but the whole experience left me very irritated, and if I have fabric needs in the future I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I went to this store 3 days back to back to back. Each time I couldn’t find what I was looking for. The fourth day I called them, and asked if they had the materials I needed. The store associate replied with yes. I drive up there again. And they tell me they can’t find it. I looked on line and it says they have 2 in stock. Almost every aisle was empty.
They told me there shipment would be in on Monday. Did the store look just like it did a couple of days beforehand? Yes! Shelves were still empty.
I also and not a fan of going into a store and not being able to find anyone to help me. They have the DRIEST workers there.

Disorganized! I signed up for two classes at this location –sewing and cake decorating. In both cases I drove up to the store and was told sorry class cancelled. I was never notified in advance. In one case I even called up to the store and they said yes the class was still on but when I arrived the manager said I don’t know who told you that but it is cancelled. Do NOT take a class as this store.
