Went there looking to buy a bike and was simply not impressed. Sales staff was mediocre at best and didn’t really seem like they wanted to sell me the bike I wanted. They had no intention of negotiating on price or anything and made that pretty clear from the get go. In the end I went to another dealer and got what I wanted at a great price and truly got to enjoy the Harley experience somewhere else. FYI I went there on October 31 at 8AM for the Halloween scratch off deal and to look at bike’s. The scratch off was advertised on the website and the salesman even said to stop down and we will test ride a few. stopped at 8&8:30AM. Place was deserted. If you can’t keep your commitments then you really don’t want to sell a bike do you. That was the final clincher to why I kept looking. Not worth the time to bother here

I stopped by this dealer on my way to Nordic Lodge in RI. Such a disappointment service was terrible I went into store my wife bought 150.00 of clothes employees followed us around seemed a little different and uncomfortable. Went back out to my bike noticed a little drip from under primary went into service to ask Lady at desk if there is a tech available to look at the drip to see if I should do anything or would I be okay once I get back to NJ. Lady 1st words was we are booked up today we can’t do anything for you today I was surprised most Harley Davidson dealers take CAREOFOUTOFSTATEVISITORSTHATAREPASSINGTHROUGH …

I had a problem with my bike that I couldn’t fix on my own. I called them and told them the bike wouldn’t start because the ECM had been unplugged and that I needed them to enter the passcode back into the computer on the ECM to get the bike started. They said«no problem bring it down and we’ll get it fixed». I set an appointment for the next day and when I tried to drop it off they said they wouldn’t work on it because the Bike wouldn’t start. When I asked the Service manager«what’s up» he said«nothing, were not touching your bike unless it starts»(am I the only one who sees the problem here) Then he tried to say it was because the bike had been to heavily modified. I guess if you want the typical Harley Davidson Experience I. E they’ll bolt as much Chrome garbage to a $ 40k land barge and sell you a lifestyle where they’ll even pick up your bike and charge you $ 300 for an oil change, then this is the place for you. If you need someone who is at least half competent you should stay away

Charged me three hours labor to mount 2 motorcycle tires(@ $ 89 per hour). Total cost: 267 before tax. If it honestly takes you three hours to mount two tires, then an hour of your time is not worth $ 89. The price board clearly says«$ 45 balance tires», but I was only informed after dropping the bike off that that’s if you remove the wheels yourself. Beware! There is one word for this: Theft. I will be telling anyone who will listen to me never to come here for service.
