This is a great place to get a hot tub. As first-​time hot tub owners, we had a lot of questions (chemicals, where to place tub, etc.). Lance answered them all, and has helped us out on the phone after the sale. He didn’t push products or try to «hard sell» us. And, his price was excellent. We did a lot of research at different retailers, and his was the best deal. I highly recommend Lance and his business, and if you look at the other review on this site, make sure you see his response to it.

would leave zero stars if that was an option. bought a second tub and paid them to deliver and set up and the owner and worker scratched the heck out of my trex deck and ruined 3 corners of the hot tub. told me he would order them and never heard back… he also screwed me on and still owes me:
