Shell Gas Station

If I could only leave negative stars. I wish I was kidding. I know how to use an air pump but air didn’t seem to be going in the tire. So I asked if someone could help me. The attendant said for me to go out, press the black button, and wait. So I did and he turned off the pump. I went back in after waiting a while, and he said he turned on the air for me. I said, no, it was on, I put $ 1 in, and he he turned it off. I explained again I needed help. He told me how to hold it to the tire to make air go in, and I said, «I know, but it’s not working, is there anyone who can help?» He said, «why are you being so annoying right now,» and my jaw dropped and I said, «that’s very rude.» He said, «I don’t care, it’s true. You’re annoying. Get the fuck out.»

Buyer Beware! This is my second and last encounter with this owner/​employee at this station conveniently located across the street from Stop and Shop. When asked for assistance after 3 different pump keypads were not functioning, he became belligerent, rude, and insisted that I was at fault. If that is not enough to dissuade you from supporting his business, he refused to apply my Stop and Shop gas points to my purchase.
