I visited this facility recently and was very pleased with the staff and especially Dr. David Young. He made me feel very comfortable and his diagnosis was quick and his instructions were not only helpful but they worked. I feel I was very lucky to choose this urgent care facility.

Williamstown, MA
While on vacation, we had to bring our 3 yr old in to have his ears checked. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with an infection but the whole process was simple and efficient. We really appreciated not spending an entire day waiting to be seen. We need more clinics like this in MA! P. S. Dr. Young was wonderful.

There are two locations, I’ve been to both and they are both amazing. I know if I can’t make it to see my regular doctor or need to be seen on the weekend this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and attentive and the wait is usually minimal– at both locations. I even went in very close to closing time and they happily helped me! If you spend any time talking to Dr. Young he clearly knows what he’s doing from picking staff to treating patients, keep up the great work!

Once seen very pleasant and to the point. My kind of place! It was a Sunday which could contribute to the bit of a wait. Overall, clean, pleasant, easy location, great hours!
