Of the best decisions I have made for myself. I have been going almost everyday for many years. The benefits are gratifying in so many ways. Improved fitness, always leave with a positive, happy attitude. I have met the finest instructors, who are friendly
And really care about everyone. The friends I have made are a big part of my life. A great support system and so many laughs.
A total plus and I dance and build strength while enjoying myself, does not get any better than Studio Z. Thanks to All!

This is a fabulous Zumba studio. Classes are often packed with return dancers. Instructors are upbeat and easy to follow for beginners. The choreography isn’t challenging, appropriate for intermediate level. They do offer the occasional master class. Some fans are placed to help you breathe. I wish parking were more plentiful and not as restricted; the wrong spot can get you towed or the business fined. I also enjoy how they participate in local events and charities.
