Like another reviewer, I had a great experience in the store, with friendly and helpful salespeople. However, I didn’t realize until hours later (past closing time) that the security tag was still intact on my dress. I laughed because I actually remember the salesperson remarking, «Ah, there’s no security tag on this.» Oops. To my knowledge an alarm never sounded as I exited. Argh.

Just happened to be passing today and found a sidewalk sale in progress featuring some vibram 5 fingers toes shoes. I spent well over an hour trying on every type of 5 finger made while the very patient staff answered my many questions and schlepped pair after pair of them to me. I finally found one that fit me really well and was super stoked to find that they were actually over 50% off!
I dealt with three different salespeople and they were all incredibly helpful and I was surprised by their level of product knowledge. They have definitely earned repeat business from me.

I highly recommend Trailblazer Branford. The quality of the customer service, products and prices are well worth every penny and minute spent of my time. I am a repeat customer several times. I encourage viewers to try it. They were well educated in the product lines, too. I do my research on-line and then I go see them. It has not failed, every time.

Like the New Haven store, this store has a great selection of outdoor gear, North Face jackets, and running shoes. But it also has a little more small-town feel, which is nice. The staff is friendly and really know their stuff.
This is definitely a great place to shop!
