BEST WESTERN Center Pointe Inn

Nice people and excellent location. The rate from Priceline was pretty good, especially since it included breakfast. I was considering going ahead and using the book another night option but then I looked at the bathroom door for some reason. Obviously no one else looks at the bathroom door including the cleaning staff because it was absolutely filthy and disgusting-​covered with spatters of staff and oily finger marks and just dirt. So if the door’s dirty what else is dirty. That really turned me off and I won’t be going back. I’m paying more for a better hotel tomorrow night.

Perfect location, clean quiet with both indoor and outdoor pools. Walking distance to titanic museum and a great steakhouse. I will be coming back

I called the front desk saying the toilet was clogged from before we had the chance to use the bathroom. Their response was they were busy but we could use the the plunger ourselves to unclog it. Awkward silence. When asked if there were any other options they were rude and arrogant. No apologies, just the statement of «are you coming to get the plunger?» When asked for the manager, they said it would have to wait for the next day. When I asked if they have options for maintenance on the toilet they replied, «not at night» I asked if they had an emergency work order… They said «sure… If it was a true emergency «they did finally arrive to plunge the toilet. Walked in plunged, walked out without a word… I went after down the hall asking if it was fixed… Eyes rolled, returned without a word flushed and then sarcastically said «seems to be working» walked out.
Both staff are arrogant, rude, and unapologetic. I will certainly be the same with my future business here and with this hotel.

The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable, but I can’t say the staff is very curteous after my last interaction with them.
They do something I haven’t seen before, which is very bible-​belt of them. They leave the bible out and open on the table with a little note in it about travel in biblical times or something. It’s weird, but probably pretty normal for Branson. However, when I mentioned this on another review site, I recieved a response from the hotel that said that I am not a good «fit» for Branson because they are all about God, family and country or some such crap. I go to Branson a lot, because I love SDC and the shopping, etc. It seems very rude to assume that I shouldn’t return just because of a simple statement on a review site. I was simply pointing out that they do this so that people who would be bothered by that kind of thing would know not to stay there. My husband and I lived in the Ozarks for a long time, so it didn’t really bother us. We just thought it was kind of funny.
