My wife and I went for a vacation present to her. One warning about my review. They just moved the day before. My wife’s massage was good, but the music didn’t work. I had a detox massage using 40 minutes in the U-​Chair, foot detox and a sauna (my wife used my foot massage). The massage office shares an office with the doctor’s office. The Chair room door couldn’t close. The foot detox water was luke warm, due to the fact that the sink had no hot water. She brought in the luke warm water from another room. The sauna (used last) through the office, through the doctor’s waiting room and up the stairs. No music worked anywhere. My room was well-​lit from the hallway lights (not good), the women and men of the massage and doctors office were 2 doors away and were laughing and talking. Again, my door was not closed (even a bit), so not only was it light, had no music, I could hear all the local gossip and laughing. I could get the same experience from a vibrating chair in the middle of a shopping mall AND probably cheaper too. girl knew I wasn’t happy and she said that it was because they just moved the day before and they all had been there very long. NOT my problem Nothing was offered to compensate me for the poor service. Again, my wife’s masseuse was good, but she had no music and could hear all the talking and laughing right next to her (the desk is next to her room). My hint to them. Close the doors, get some music and shut up when you have customers in their for service.

On vacation looking for a massage we found this from a GROUPON. I called and they were very helpful in getting 4 of us in on the special. The place is very small with limited space. We had 2 appts first then 2 following the hour. Was surprised to find out that we would be in the same room having the facial and massage at the same time. The facial was very relaxing, and the massage was not what I was used to. I did feel relaxed but not as relaxed as my normal massage. The massage chair at the end, did turn around the appointment from ok to good. Not a place I would return to if I lived in Branson. Tessa was very helpful on the phone and in person. No complaints in customer service.
