I have never written a negative review for any company or product. However, I feel that it would be a disservice not to warn people about this business. My wife purchased a reconditioned Ryobi blower from this store about a month ago. We live in another state but travel to Branson frequently. So, she thought she would be able to return the item if it did not perform satisfactorily. The item did not work as well as she hoped so she boxed it back up after a short trial and set it aside to return on our next trip. I just left the store. When I told the employee that I would like a refund he informed me that they do not give refunds. My only option was to exchange for another item. I looked at the receipt and, sure enough, the disclaimer stated, «NOREFUNDS.» What? I am in the retail business and cannot imagine my customer’s reaction if I told them that they could not under any circumstances get a refund for something they had bought in my store. I can understand a restocking fee, but a blanket NOREFUND policy does not seem like good business to me. The sales rep said it was not his decision but was company policy. I did not see any posted notice of this policy in the store. My wife was not informed of the policy at the time of purchase. The only indication was at the bottom of the receipt that she received AFTER completing the purchase. This is bad business in today’s competitive environment. I expect that when customers learn of this policy they will do like me and vow never to spend a dime here. The prices aren’t that great anyway.

A useful assortment of recently discontinued and refurbished power tools and home DIY equipment. Vacuums(upright and hand held), weed eaters, hammers, power drills, table saws, circular saws, sanders, tool belts, tool boxes etc. I’m not currently doing any home projects, so I was only in here to look around and think about things that I could be doing. I’ve gone through four or five drills in my home owning career, so when it’s time for the next one I know where to go. I thought that the prices were a bit lower than Home Depot and Lowe’s though the selection clearly is a bit smaller here. If you already know what you want, it’s worth checking here to see if they have it before paying full price in one of the big box shops.
