I only give this place two stars because they eventually got it right. Do not I repeat do not even try to check in before 3 pm. Got here at 1:30 and was told room wasn’t ready. So drive around and went back at 2:40. They still wouldn’t let us check in and made too many non believable excuses. I reserved a double queen nonsmoking upstairs room. I was a given a double queen room that reeked of smoke and had no toilet paper. It was also in a back building on the ground floor. Then they moved us to a room two doors down but couldn’t find a key to open the door. After demanding my money back the head of housekeeping finally upgraded us to a double king upstairs room. It was clean and nice and satisfactory. The hot breakfast consisted of frozen biscuits and gravy reheated and sausage that wasn’t cooked through. No eggs, they said something about sick birds. Warm milk and flies everywhere. It is an older hotel that hasn’t been kept up. Never could get wifi to work. No microwave or fridge or iron.

In all my photos when it says updated I use that term loosely. My experience: We requested a non smoking room. After checking in we were engulfed with smoke as we entered our room. We got a new one. The first thing we checked was the mattresses to see if there were bed bugs. There was no bed bugs however, when we checked in they said that the rooms have been newly renovated and updated. The beds are clearly not new. There was a hole in the door to the bathroom. The door stopper did not function properly because it was bent. The bathroom shower has a soap dispenser with no soap in it and it sticks out about 1⁄3 deep into the shower. The stool runs not allowing you to flush it properly. The TV looks like it is from the 1990s showing that this room has definitely not been updated. The furniture is definitely retro. The only thing that was updated at best is the frigidair refrigerator however, it is not in good shape either. The chairs in the room had stains all over them. The floor has dark and light spots making it look like the room has previously flooded. When we got up the next morning and showered we noticed that there is no hair dryer, but they didn’t promise one. The breakfast was definitely not suitable for somebody with allergies. I have a yeast allergy and I could only eat their eggs and oatmeal. The eggs were runny and flavorless. they had no fruit as promised. The orange juice was good. I can honestly say that I will not be staying here again. As I went to sleep my body was itching head to toe, is this because they have bugs idk? Also, the sheets do not fit the bed properly so it comes off during the night. As of 9:45am the house keeper started stalking our room to see if we were out or not. When we arrived they had to check our room to see if it was«clean.» The sheets stunk but that may have been their detergent. As we were leaving the housekeeper quickly rushed into our room so we sat there and watched her clean our room. From what we could see they do not refresh the bedspreads or the padding/liner that is under the sheets. The housekeepers were walking in and out of the«non smoking» room with cigarettes. The room do not have non smoking signs on them. Pros: The AC unit does work. Pools are clean. The front desk people are very friendly. The keys for the room are actual keys. I hope that this review is helpful for those who are trying to decide whether or not they will stay here in the future.

A clean hotel and priced right for the money. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would encourage you to stay there if you want the best bang for your bucks. I will stay there again on my next visit.

This was a very solid hotel. It is an older property, but very well kept up. The room was spacious and comfortable with two queen beds. It had a smallish bathroom, but that is typical of older properties. Also, it had the antiquities of actual room keys and a push button old-style desk phone in the room, but it had a microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. The TV was an older 19 inch tube tv, but fine for the time we were in the room. It is located just west of White Water on the west end of the 76 strip. This may sound like a negative, but it is only a couple of blocks from the Red Route beginning, which lets you easily escape the 76 strip traffic if you are going downtown or to Branson Landing. The room was very inexpensive and the full breakfast was a very nice touch for the price. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Branson!

Checked in at hotel in July, about 7pm. Front desk was very nice and helpful with helping us choose a show to go to. Beds are extremely comfortable, excellent rates. It’s right on the main road close to many attractions. Rooms are clean and safe. The pool was great to relax in. We will defiantly be back to stay here.
