I called for an appointment and they answered the phone which is always refreshing. As it happened they were between appointments and fit me in within 45 minutes. The opener had broken free from the door and they repaired it in such a way that it shouldn’t happen again. As an added bonus they made the same repair to my other garage door proactively. They also made adjustments to both openers. Both men were very polite and all this for the price of a simple service call. I was very pleased with the service and the price. Can’t say enough good things about them.
