Lodge At The Falls

Definitely not fancy, but for $ 40 we felt like it was a pretty good deal. The room was pretty clean and the breakfast was decent. The staff was nice and accommodating to my questions for directions. It’s in a nice location off the strip but still close to everything.

Our room was very clean! The rooms aren’t fancy, but fancy doesn’t matter to me. Cleanliness is all I care about and it certainly was that! The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles (frozen), fruit, cereal, and bagels. We stayed here for 3 nights and would definitely stay again. This is the perfect place if all you need is a clean, quiet room to sleep in.

This hotel/​motel was ok. Nothing special, but alright. I didn’t get grossed out, so that says something.

As the others have stated this is a quiet place off of the main drag but close enough to get there fast. It’s a fairly clean place considering its age. We wouldn’t stay here if we were going to be here more than one night. The beds are hard and pretty uncomfortable. We will stay here again if we only plan on one night. It’s cheap enough for a quick stay. The continental breakfast is as you would expect. The rooms have an old box tv, a small refrigerator, microwave and surprisingly a safe for you to use.
Anyway it’s not a terrible place to stay and we will be back when it suits our needs.

We got our room for $ 45 because my mother in-​law had some sort of deal. It was worth the $ 45 but I would not pay more than that, I’m not sure of the regular price for a room.
It’s an older building with outdoor entrances, they do have an elevator though for guests staying on the 2^nd floor, that was a plus! Even though it was older they have done well trying to keep it clean. I walked around in my socks and the bottoms of them didn’t get dark with dirt from the floors. Housekeeping could have done a little better with cleanup as there were french fries on the floor between the bed & end table and even though you could tell the bathroom was wiped down there was still some hair from previous guests left in the bathtub. Just a warning if you are tall you will not like the shower! I am 5’5″ and was eye level with the shower head, I had to crouch to get under the water and my 6′ hubby wasn’t thrilled about that (picture the scene in the movie Elf when Will Ferrell is trying to take a shower in the elf-​sized shower, yeah).
You can tell they have put effort into updating the rooms with new pictures above the beds and cute throw pillows on the beds. There is a mini fridge and safe in the room. No ironing boards or irons were provided. Beds were very firm, no comfy pillow-​top mattresses!
If you stay in the rooms on the left side of the hotel you can hear a lot of noise from a bar that is next-​door, it sounded like people were partying in the parking lot of the hotel. Had we known I would have requested a room on the other side.
There is a continental breakfast provided in the morning which gave you the basic options: toast, bagels, waffles, biscuits, cereal, oatmeal, juice and coffee.
Don’t go to this hotel to feel pampered during your stay, it’s very basic. But if your looking for a decent place for one night and don’t want to spend a lot this is the place.

The rooms were nice and clean, There’s an elevator by parking which was nice with all our bags and small kids. It’s in a convenient location. It’s not on the main strip of tourist attractions, but it’s on a road basically right off it. The staff were nice. The continental breakfast was great compared to most and the eating area was large enough to accomodate all the guests that showed up during the 3 hour long breakfast. The pool was open 24 hours, which was awesome. The only downsides (in my husband’s opinion) is that housekeeping doesn’t change the bedding throughout your stay. We noticed this because of one of our daughter’s crackers was left in our bed. And that maintenance wasn’t quick to respond to our complaint about our AC not working well. We were actually hot our first night there and had to wait until the next day for it to be serviced. Overall, it was a good stay.
