First of all these front end girls need a course on etiquette and politeness and learn how to smile, They also need to learn the customer is always right even though they aren’t. I love Panda Express but just NOT this one. I will never return due to rudeness # 1 and # 2 because the food was NOT fresh and the asparagus couldn’t even be bitten in to, The chow mein was old tasting and not even hot. The size of the portion was ridiculous. I asked her this is an entrée? OMG there were 4 pieces of broccoli, Ok I’m done with writing this review and done with Rosa as well. She needs training or firing. Elizabeth was NOT friendly as well but when she heard me ask for Rosa’s name she sure was able to smile big then. She got a little concerned that we were not happy. I think some Asian workers would do the trick.

The worst fast-food Chinese restaurant I’ve been to. Quality of food was sub-par and drive thru service was average. Their version of Springfield Cashew Chicken was a joke. It was just over cooked, dry chicken pieces no bigger and a quarter with ONE cashew per order.

Food tastes like it came straight out of a can the attitudes of the staff is like many fast food restaurants. They act like doing you a favor by accepting your money won’t be back and I’m only a few blocks away lol

I love it here already! The food is always very good and the staff is very nice. I can not decide whether i love the orange chicken or the honey chicken more. We are so excited to have one in Branson
