Petals

As Mother of the Bride, the Bride and I were very disappointed in Petals as a Wedding Florist. The price quoted was to include specialty flowers (orchids) in all of the bouquets, the Bride’s as well as the 2 Attendants. The shop stated that the cost of the bouquets were ‘that expensive due to the fact that she wanted orchids in all the bouquets”. On the day of the wedding, the flowers arrived and there were only 7 orchids total (only in the Bride’s bouquet). The orchids she asked for were also a different color than the ones she requested. There has been Absolutely No Satisfaction from the complaints lodged by both my Daughter or I. It seems once they have your many-​hundreds of dollars that they could care less if you are satisfied with your flowers or not. PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST IF YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY WITH THE FLOWERS ON YOUR WEDDING DAY~
