I have stayed at Roark Vacation Resort several times and really enjoy it. The rooms are spacious, spotless and the property is conveniently located close enough to whatever is on my agenda for the day in Branson Missouri. A couple of my trips have been business related and the Wireless internet connection was fast and seamless. I like being able to bring my own food for breakfast and eat in the comfort of the Condo equipped with a fridge and anything you might need in a kitchen. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they have a great outdoor pool and also a gym with an indoor pool right on the property. I would recommend this resort to anyone. Robin W.

Say hello to the décor your grandma loved in 1992. Pastel wallpaper and all. You have to clean your own room and take out trash prior to leaving… Really??? It was very clean, and in a decent location, and has a pool. We didn’t pay, so it was worth the price. Otherwise I would not stay here again.

I liked it … I like all vacations the resort was clean and reasonable. Not brand spanking new like many resorts, but serviceable and friendly. Visiting Branson out of season is still fun. We found many things to do and good food

Went there recently on vacation, and we were there for a week. I did a time share exchange, so had a two bedroom condo with a kitchen. It was a nice place, seemed like everything was fairly new. Not real high quality furniture, but it was good for what it was. The building kinda looked like a dilapidated apartment building. The time share presentation they want to push on you is a over the top ridiculous. I checked in with a credit card, paid for my shows with a credit card, yet they wanted to see my credit card when I went down for the presentation, and since I told them they didn’t need to see it, they wouldn’t let me into the presentation. That was actually fine with me since I was only doing it for the freebies, but what was up with that? I don’t see any reason they would need to see my credit card unless they were planning to secretly charge me for something? They also offer a show, which they told me was great. The Hamner Barber variety show. Beyond stupid and a complete waste of the $ 30 per ticket I paid for. I would be willing to be they make a little kickback on selling that stupid, I mean really stupid, show. Would I go back to this place, maybe. It was good for what it was. Would I recommend it as a really nice place, no way.
