This company is a scam!!! Look on the Better Business Bureau or just Google the company and see all the negative remarks and complaints. On December 21, 2015 I received a call from the Summer Winds Resort that I allegedly purchased a package for a time share rental. She shared that on March 13, 2013 my credit card had been charged $ 199. I shared I had never heard or authorized any such transactions. She basically said I was lying. I requested to speak with someone else, I spoke with Christian, the supervisor of telemarketing. He was rude and accusatory about this transaction. I shared that I wanted to file for a refund and there must have been a mistake or fraud. After many insults from him I asked to speak with a corporate employee. I spoke to Jason Alonzo of 405 Country Trace, Branson, MO65616 and phone number of 417.336.3080. He shared that I had indeed bought a timeshare, even though I am claiming I had nothing to do with this transaction nor did I authorize it. After many other negative things about me, I requested a conversation with someone from corporate. He gave me the name of Pat Joyce, the founder. He said he would never talk with me, but good luck. This is a scam of a business and I would like to be refunded any monies I paid, even in the event of fraud. Also, a written apology from the way I was treated.

If you know what you are getting into when going on a tour you would think these folks are great. I was looking for a great vacation spot for the family and I loved Stormy Point it was super amazing. I like that you can swap out next year for a different destination or go back again. I had been on other tours but did not like the sales people, prices or facilities nearly as much.

Ummmm we read a lot of reviews about this place and the horror stories of timeshares purchases. We were soooo close to going on the tour but decided against it and left. We just wanted the show tickets but we figured it wasn’t worth the hassle
