Worst experience at a Taco Bell ever!
I actually love Taco Bell for the most part but I will never eat here again. They were taking up to 45 minutes to serve us. I heard a woman ask a Manager about the wait. She said about 20 minutes. When the lady said that seemed like it would be really long. The Manager replied, «If you have a problem with that you can leave.»
Been in the Service Industry for most of my life. This place was a nightmare.

Was here after visiting the local Branson bars, as many seemed to be… The order, not complicated for most human brains, was incorrectly put together twice. After driving back, the woman (?) (later identified as a manager) (great organization), had us wait on foot in a crowd of cars. After doing this for 5 minutes with another man whose order had been wronged, I informed her that she had yet to apologize. She then informed me that she would let her friend, a local officer, know. He just happened to be in a parking lot 2 buildings down. We waited for our incorrect order. When we got it, it was amazingly still wrong. The officer then pulled up, forcing us to walk back to our hotel

Of the two taco bells in Branson this one is closer to me. However since the rebuild they have yet to get a order right or complete. I tried to call but the phone just rings. I suggest people check their order before leaving.

Busy place, but you wouldn’t expect it to take 20 minutes to get your microwaved tacos. We had a line of probably 6 or 7 people in front of us, all waiting for their food. You could see 1 girl working her tail off, and another moving like a 3 toed sloth.
Guy at the register was very personable, but somehow in all the chaos still didn’t get our child’s order in. So when our food was finally done, we were short 1 meal.
Food was typical Taco Bell. Speed, not so much. More like a saunter to the border.

Its taco bell… last time I went there I had old hard crunchy rice in my burrito. I was pissed cause i kept biting into it! however it was later in the evening but still throw out your old nasty food!

There are several of Taco Bells in the area but I like this one the best of the bunch. It’s easy to access and the people have been very helpful and the food quality is very good. Consistent with the Best of Taco Bell.
