So unfortunately the first review for this company isn’t going to be a good one. The tech came to my home after a call to my home owner warranty company. He did make it out promptly which is why I won’t give them a single star, but I feel like they only had their own interests in mind. The tech found a leak in the coil and immediately said the entire AC system needed to be replaced, obviously the most expensive outcome, that was on a Thursday. He told me he’d call the warranty company and explain what the problem was. That Saturday I get a call from him asking if I’d heard anything from the warranty department and I said no, he asked to let him know when I hear something. So Tuesday(Monday was a holiday) I follow up and the warranty company says they never heard from him… that’s because he didn’t want to wait on hold to speak to a representative to give them a report… something he’s getting paid to do! He tells ME to call and give them his number so they can get in touch with him because he’s to busy to deal with it. So once I spend 5min on hold and explain the situation to the warranty department(whom was just as shocked as I was) they say they’ll call me back as soon as they get a hold of him. The cherry on the cake… ready, here it comes. This company is so greedy and ready to screw its customers over that when the warranty company suggested fixing the coil(the only part that had an issue) they replied by refusing the job since the ENTIRE system wasn’t going to be replaced. Needless to say this caused us to go without an AC system for several more days. Do yourself a favor and call the next guy in the list.
