Evans Towing

I called this company to tow my car at 2:45pm and they said that they would be there in an hour and a half. Initially the guy was just kind of like ‘oh okay, bye’ and was rushing me off the phone. I had to ask him if he wanted my name and number and any other information from me.
He then called back and had a hard time understanding where my car was located. It was on 20 right at an exit, so I don’t see how it was so hard to find where that was.
An hour and a half later they of course weren’t there. At 5:00 my cellphone battery began to die, so I decided to call them to ensure that they were coming and inform them of my location again and let them know that my cell phone might be dead. However, no one answered the phone. I tried another number and no one answered that as well. Ten minutes later I got a call back saying they would be there in 5 minutes. At 6:00 when another tow truck eventually came to pick me up, they were still not there.
There’s no reason someone should have to wait for almost 3 and a half hours in the freezing cold waiting on a tow truck to never come.
