We will not use Gorham Meat again. While we loved the processing and packaging of the meat, we were shorted half of our meat. After many calls to Zac and another party (who has used the Gorhams for many years) trying to intercede, we never received any calls back. I’m sure it was a mistake. Zac accidentally gave us part of someone’s pig (which we returned when we realized the mistake), so our guess is that’s what happened. But to be out a quarter of a cow is a LOT of money lost and we don’t appreciate our calls going ignored and no effort being made to compensate us.
