Simply incompetent. My laptop kept freezing with Windows 8.1 and 10 — either right after startup or during startup. I took it there at least 5 times and each time after a few days they told me the computer was working perfectly and there was nothing wrong with it. Every time when I got it home, it immediately started freezing again. After hard rebooting several times and freezing each time, I would give up and take it back and we would go through the same routine again. Other than turning the computer on, they made very little effort to figure out what was happening.

I’m expanding my business and wanted to find a local company to support my computer and networking needs. helped me pick out an appropriate system for my needs and provided a tech to come on-site to make sure my system would be installed and working to my satisfaction. When an old program I had wouldn’t install properly on the new operating system I purchased,(I went from a Win 732-bit to Win 764-bit OS), they investigated the issue and found a work-around solution so my software would work. My investment in the cost of the follow-on tech support to set up my system properly was more then well worth it! I would very highly recommend to anyone that needs solid computer solutions and support for a small business.

I have been using ACNT for many years. I procured computers from them that subsequently went to my customers. The computers were used to run the Scientific Equipment that I serviced and sold. Many many computers I bought from them, and never a bad one. Since I retired, I have got into making videos and slide shows as well as music. I have bought several computers from them,(emphasizing that for video making), I need as fast a computer as I can get, and they have always answered the call. I had a hard drive fail, in a computer I’ve had for 5 years,(solid state HD), I tried to trouble shoot it myself, but the bad drive(It wasn’t the C Drive), loaded down the buss, so I took it into them. They fixed the problem promptly and for a reasonable price, and while I was paying for the repairs, I was telling Nilam,(the manager), that I was buying 128&256GB drives so I could play my videos on my Roku. Nilam said, why don’t you buy the Touro external HD, 500GB, its a lot cheaper and double the storage of the 256 Thumb drive. So I tried it. Works Great. Hooked it uip to my Rocu, and it plays all the videos, I’m a happy camper, so I appreciate their knowledge, not only about computers, but also computer Add ons/accessories. Gary L. Went in about a year ago to have them install a new laptop screen for me. Shortly after I got my laptop back, the hinges were loose. After time the hinges got worse. I called in to see what they can do and the receptionist told me «we can honor it and fix any loose hinges». After 4 days, I got no response or e-mail from them. The gentleman I spoke with informed me that its not loose hinges, but that I would need an ENTIRE new screen and front case because of «broken plastic»($ 150 + $ 85 installation). I tried explaining that I received my laptop from them in mediocore condition after they installed my new laptop. I haven’t touched the screen or fumbled with it since I got it installed. The man had a rude tone with me; pretty much a «not our problem» attitude. Absolutely disappointed and furious because I received my laptop FROMTHEM with what seemed like broken hinges, and I have no clue how the plastic broke(?). If it did, it would be entirely on them because I received my laptop in that condition yet they want to tell me it’s my fault. Horrible customer service, terrible tone, lagging wait time, unprofessional. Never recommending and never going back.

Great cheap prices for products. Nilam does a great job finding lower prices. They are WAYYYY better than Best Buy and do a free diagnostics. Ask them questions or feel free to see if they meet your expectations. They have been a bit busier lately, so at times laptop/desktop fix takes a bit longer. But great prices. They also have other locations around OC& Inland Empire.

I’m an IT Manager for a large medical office in Covina and I also manage the IT department at a large church. I was in an emergency situation and I needed to purchase over $ 1000 worth of network equipment for my church. But I was not sure if I was going to use it and I might need to return the items. But I did not want to buy the items from them if they were going to charge a restocking fee if I returned them. I was just looking around for the items and found their website online. So I called and asked them up front about the restocking fee because their web site does not have any information about it. They said it was not a problem. Maybe 10% if the item is opened. When I showed up at the Brea location to actually purchase the items, She made me feel very welcome. She said, «oh, now that I met you I can see your an honest person. If you need to return them, don’t worry. It is not a problem at all!» Sure enough, 5 days later, I needed to return the items unused. The most expensive item was opened but not used at all. She first started telling me they might not be able to take the items back. Then suddenly they were very clear about the restock fee. 20% for the opened items and 15% for the unopened items. What a sham! I should have known better. But you should be warned. They know if they told me up front, I would not have purchased from them but they used my honesty to swindle me out of $ 300 bucks for nothing. Very poor business practices. I gave them the items back and she said they would contact me when they can pay me back. I thought, what? I don’t get my money back now? I drove to Brea to return the items back to you, I accepted the fees, but you can’t just debit my card back or give me a check or something? What is this policy? I had to keep hounding them over the phone and emails to get them to issue me a check for my money back. It took almost 3 weeks to finally get them to hand me a refund check. I said to them, You have over $ 1000 of my hard earned money and you have the parts which I returned to you in person exactly 10 days ago. I am waiting for my refund so I can Unilocal on you. I want to make sure all my friends at work and at my church know about your service. Soon they had my check ready. Unfortunately I won’t be buying from them again. They need to learn to be honest and upfront with their customers. ACNT, If you have a restocking fee, post it on your web site. Don’t trick people out of their money. You don’t get to be as big as Newegg or Tiger Direct with this kind of customer service.

This place is real bad. Horrible customer service. They kept my computer for 2 months and never called me to tell me they couldn’t fix. Not only did they keep my money they wanted my to buy some of there junk. No thanks. I don’t understand how they’re still business.

Product was ordered 12÷22÷09. Item was placed on Hold for NINEDAYS to verify address. They never bothered once to call or email. I called this company 12÷31÷08 expecting at least adequate customer service. I was hung up on the first time. Then transfered to someone who could barely speak English. His only goal was to get me off the phone. I ended up canceling my order. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable company. It isn’t worth saving a few dollars for this extra hassle.
