I called and spoke to Amber. She was very informative and polite. She quickly sent me a quote based on Google maps to give me an approximate quote within minutes. I appreciated not having to schedule a quote and listening to a long sales speech. Unfortunately, the quote came in a lot higher than the other 3 I had obtained by a margin of $ 600. So we went with another company.

I e-mailed a few companies while doing an internet search for a net for my spa. Aqua Net called me immediately and came out the same day to give me a quote! I was very impressed!
Arne (the owner) was very personable, honest, and professional. My husband and I were undecided on a fence or a net and after seeing photos of the net installed, we were sold!
They installed the net the following week. It took approx 4 hours. It’s easy to use and it looks great in our backyard. It’s much more aesthetically pleasing than a fence. I am very pleased with the finished product!

I am impressed with Aqua Net’s service — we ordered on Friday and they installed on Monday. The installer was very nice and very professional. He even emptied the fountain after it collected the dust from the drilling and rinsed it out before leaving. Other companies only offered cookie cutter solutions that would have been impractical. Aqua Net Pool Safety offered a different solution that is safe and looks great.
