They did not want to help me! I approached a «manager»(I want to say his name was Edgar) and said hi, he ignored me for a good 30 seconds while I stood there, then sighed and gave the most pathetic«can I help you». I said yes, I just have a couple of questions regarding my bill and why it was unusually high this month. He calls another gentleman that’s cleaning the glass case to help me, he calls me over to his side of the kiosk. I say hello, and that I had a couple of questions s regarding my bill, I also mentioned that I was going to call the customer service line but since I was in the mall I thought I would just stop by. Then he said«it’s just easier if you call, call this number on your phone and talk to someone there, dial it its 6868, go ahead give them a call» so I naturally asked«so you can’t help me?» He replied«I can show you your bill but I don’t know what you want me to do». So I walked away. All I wanted was ask a couple of questions about my bill and I met with rude and unhelpful customer service. Avoid this place, I’ll be sure to mention my experience directly to AT&T.

Excellent service! I come in to this location for all of my AT&T services. They are always fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. I’ve upgraded all of my phones here for the past 5 years. They even sold me DirecTV and home security. Last time I was in, the sales representative spent extra time with me after his shift was over to fully explain my new iphone. I can not recommend this location enough!

AVOIDTHISLOCATION! Went in two weeks ago to activate an old phone I own because my current AT&T phone had been lost/stolen. I was told at that time that they could override my current contract by a couple of months and get me a new phone on January 1st, 2016. They said NOT to file a lost claim and pay the deductible for a replacement phone as it would be a waste and they could offer me a new phone and new contract on January 1st, 2016. My wife went in today to obtain a new phone for me and new contract and they now claim they will not honor their word and start a new contract which is only 1 month away. Had I known this I would have had the phone replaced since the iPhone I have has a battery that dies within hours. AT&T has cost me time and money by not honoring their promise and recommendations. These guys lie, lie, lie. Don’t trust them at all. I called to see if I could rectify and Andrew refused to give me the name of the manager of the store as well as who assisted my wife today. Again, AVOID at all cost, they will not do as promised. Horrible business practices. It’s a wonder AT&T stays in business with stores or kiosks like this. Sold me a refurbished iPhone as new and it was locked to someone else! I paid AT& T for service and now I can’t give it to my grandson because it’s locked.

The guy at this kiosk sold me an iPhone case and waxed and waned about how great it was. We discussed different cases and I chose an OtterBox. Usual return policy is 30 days. Never once did he ever say THEIR return policy is just 3 days. After a day with the case I decided it wasn’t for me. I did not have my primary purse with me so I wasn’t able to size it. Turns out it didn’t fit in my phone pocket in my purse. But life with 3 kids and other responsibilities didn’t allow me to return the case until 6 days later. He wouldn’t accept it. Said it was past the 3 days, as listed in fine print at the bottom of the receipt. WTH. Then on top of that insult, Walmart sold the same case for $ 30(the kiosk sold for $ 60). Terrible service. I’m still pissed off thinking about it. A 3 day return policy is unusual and they should have told me. I was completely fleeced. Never again will I buy from a kiosk.
