Baskin Robbins Ice Cream and Yogurt

Don’t make the mistake of coming here before closing. My husband and I walked up to the door because the open sign was still on. We started to walk in, but the floor had just been mopped. We asked the guy inside if he was open, and he said «Well we close at 10, so…» pretty rudely and CLEARLY did not want us to come in. Got back to the car, and realized it was 9:45pm, not 10:00pm. Really? We were just going in to buy a prepacked quart, but I guess that was too much work for him.

The floors and the tables are consistently dirty. The service is also hit or miss and they’re just as likely to help the last person who walked in the door as the next person waiting in line.
It takes special talent to turn something as universally enjoyed as ice cream and inspire a negative review about how you serve it.

I love this Baskin Robbins — conveniently located, staff is always super nice and of course the ice cream is always delicious. That’s all there is to say!
My family and I frequent this location and will continue to now and then when we deserve a little treat ;-)

Save your time and money and go get the rite aid ice cream. Cheaper plus it tastes better! I usually get the coconut pineapple and cherry ice cream and have gotten it at both places… Rite aid for the win.
And rite aid has better customer service. At least the one by my house has older employees who actually know how to greet the customers and offer samples unlike this baskin Robbins!
I walk in. No one in line. No hi or nothing. I then proceed to look at the different flavors. No offers of samples. Ok? And then when the little girl gives me my ice cream which I wanted a double scoop… She gives it to me in two single scoops so I paid for two one scoop ice cream vs a double which is cheaper.
I was so annoyed I didn’t even want to correct that little girl! Ok? You might be working here to make a little side money since you’re in high school but did they prep you on customer service? Please baskin Robbins… Retrain your staff. At least at cold stones those kids know how to treat a customer!

I’ve been to this location 3 times now even though there’s a closer BR near me. The service is much better than other locations I’ve been to. I guess ice cream is ice cream but much more cake selection at this location. Also, the cake in the ice cream cake taste much fresher. The ice cream I purchased for father’s day soft and moist.

No problem with the ice cream. However, the service was ridiculous! Two little bitchy female employees working the day I went and they did not seem like they wanted to help me, my nephew and my mom. We would have walked out but one of the girls had already made my nephews ice cream. I should have told him just to leave it on the counter but he really wanted it. (LOL). Not to pull the «racist» card but that’s what it felt like. They both insisted on helping the WHITE customers BEHIND US instead of helping us. Who helps one person in a party of 3 and just ignores the other two???

Can’t go wrong with some peanut butter and chocolate.
Outside tonight, while my son and I were eating our cones, the cockroaches were wild and crazy!

Ice cream is ice cream and you can’t really go wrong with soft serve. No complaints with the product. The service here however is beyond terrible! Rude rude rude server… she was not at all friendly or helpful. Didn’t catch her name but she made us feel extremely rushed to order and then was extremely slow in actually getting our order together. Didn’t seem like she wanted to be there or help us at all. I wouldn’t even come back here for free ice cream.

This is where I go to get my ice cream fix. Grab a cup or a cone and go for a walk.

I came here to buy a birthday cake for my mom, and Yvette helped me out. She was so helpful! She spent time with me to help find the perfect cake, and then offered to write on the cake for me. Everything was BEAUTIFUL. The cake looked so pretty, and Yvette did a perfect job writing on it. My family was SO impressed by the cake. Oh, and the cake tasted amazing too. Will definitely be back!

It’s a BR31. How bad can it be. Just kidding it can be bad cause I have had bad experience at BR31. But this location was great. Picked up my favorite chocolate chip with almonds. It was a little busy but not long of a wait. Staff is friendly.

i love baskin robbins! you can pretty much get any ice cream you want for really good price! last time they had $ 1 tuesday deal so i got my chocolate chip cookie ice cream for $ 1! Can’t beat that! :D

Got the Nutty coconut which is delicious and super tasty. I seem to love everything coconut, I have coconut cream, coconut butter and this coconut ice-​cream.
The store is friendly and clean and have excellent service.
The interior are colorful and stimulating.

Called in the day before I needed a customized cake and spoke to Megan, one of the managers and baker. Decided to try my luck even though I was almost certain that I was unable to place my order due to what the other BR locations told me as they needed more than 2 days in advance for customized orders. Megan, however, was so nice, sweet and creative. I took the design in and showed Megan what I had in mind. She immediately threw in creative ideas that she had in order to create a cake that is perfect for me.
It was such a pleasant experience to work with someone who was so enthusiastic to cater to my every need the day before the cake is needed, and also someone who was as excited as Megan to create this cake for me.
Will definitely return to this BR again for future occasions. Thank you Megan!

I always come here when I go to the Brea Farmers Market on Tuesdays. and on tuesdays a scoop is $ 1 or $ 1.50 it’s a steal! Service is great as well.

I have noticed that this is a clean shop (though that drinking fountain hasn’t worked in over a year, it seems).
The calories are posted clearly allowing me to either choose carefully or splurge like crazy. It’s ice cream, so I splurge away.

so i call baskin robbins and it’s clear this women is not american… i ask if they accept the birthday coupon and i thought she said yes but then she goes on to tell me how to sign up for it… o. O?!? whatevs but let’s try it n e way… we go in and sure enuf they accept it… i get my FREE seasonal pumpkin pie flavor which i love =] service is good… clean place & LOVE their ice cream!
