I’ve been going Brea Microlabs for my computer maladies for more than 20 years. In that time I’ve learned to trust Shawn’s (Sean???) knowledge and experience explicitly. While in his shop, I’ve noticed him give immediate attention to every customer, whether they be a walk-​in or a phone call. His computer savvy is immense and up-​to-​date. He is honest, trustworthy, efficient and humble. His prices are more than fair, if not low. If you have a computer problem, have confidence you and your computer will be in good hands with Shawn.

I have been a client of Brea Microlabs for 10 years. Sean (the owner) has always dropped everything he is doing when I come in and spends time trying to diagnose the problem right away. His technical skills are superior and he is genuinely a nice guy. I went in yesterday for the first time in 3+ years and he was really glad to see me again like an old friend– dropped everything and put in a power supply, updated software and had me on the road with a fixed computer for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
