First time in a long time getting threaded. I let my brows grow for months to get them re shaped. Came here as it was convenient since hubby needed to make a payment. Was no wait, binah said hello and I told her what I wanted. I’m introverted so small talk makes me super uncomfortable and feel super awkward. She was quick and to the point. Did an amazing job. Definitely will come back. $ 8 not bad. Introverts!

This place is horrible! The older woman does an ok job but makes every effort to cause you pain and does not speak! After yanking at my son and making him bleed, I had to stop her right before she cleaned his bleeding brow with hand sanitizer! It’s suppose to be cleaned with aloe and she tried to act like it was by accident… hmm! The younger woman causes just as much pain and does a lousy job, I left with one very skinny brow and one totally undone. After 4 different tries, sorry but I can’t excuse it as a bad day.

AWKwaaaaaaaard… I had visited a salon of the same chain in norcal. The gal there was spot on! here was a different story. I walk in and say hi. After an awkward stare and silence she motions at the chairs for me to sit down. I naturally head for the chair closest to her. «no, that one» she motions to the other chair… «ookaaaay» i think I sit down and she suddenly blots baby powder on my face with no word or warning(i’ve never had this done.) Within moments of threading, my eyes are watering so badly from the powder I ask her to remove it. She grabs a tissue and clumsily jabs at my face, hitting my eye first and then the area with the baby powder… awkward. After she finished, and I was inspecting her work(well done btw) she hurried over to the register for payment. Mind you, from the time she told me where to sit, she has not uttered a single word. Although she did a pretty good job, her customer service etiquette could use a refresher course. it was awkward enough for me to reconsider coming back…
