I have always had a great experience at this location. Great vibe and love that you can sit outside up-stairs. Parking is horrible, but that is just something you have to deal with in downtown Brea. The place will always be crazy busy on a fight night or game day, but we don’t come with a large group of people so we never have a problem. If you can sit in the bar then I recommend that as a way to avoid any wait time for a table.

This location has the WORST customer service. I have been here 3 times and each of those 3 times I’ve had to talk to a manager about the lack of service. I recall one instance when friends and I came in on a somewhat slow night and we watched the waitresses argue over who would help our table. Eventually we asked for a manager who promptly got our orders.

zero stars if I could. literally waiting for an hour just to be seated. My family and I are the only people here on a Sunday night. the place isn’t full, and there are no other customers waiting in sight besides us. horrible customer service(they were rude on the phone and when we arrived) and slow.

You shoul go here for watching games not for food. But wait! You have to order something to watch the games. Then please don’t bother. Food here is horrible. Boneless chicken is all dried up and incredibly salty(enough to give you a heart attack). When the wings arrived at my table, it was not even warm. I only regret that I did not bother to check out this place at Unilocal

Worst costumer service I’ve EVER had. We had to get our own menus, food was brought with no silverware(we were told our server would bring it so we patiently waited… He never came with it), had to get up to order another drink directly from bartender, asked for a to go box… Twice. Our appetizer house sampler was brought out in separate sections and about 10 minutes apart from each other. Just terrible service and forgetful staff. Only think that got the two stars was that the food was good and the bartenders helped save the night getting us everything we needed to actually eat.

First of all, came here for the Seahawks versus Panthers game… Oh how disappointing. What killed the vibe even faster was a waitress who’s customer service skills didn’t add up to that of a gas station attendant. At one point we only halfway joked about asking for a new waitress. It was 11AM in the morning so there was no excuse for the lack of service. But what do you expect it’s Buffalo wild wings…

Terrible customer service. There is this one guy there with shoulder length hair that always puts it in a low ponytail, he is the rudest server I’ve ever encountered. He completely didn’t listen to me while I ordered for carrots only and was spacing out the whole time. When my order was done I pointed out to him I ordered carrots only. He blamed me and said I didn’t but he will still get it for me. Afterwards I asked him if he can show me the wings; they always do that every time I order to-go at other bww. He showed it to me after I requested him to do so when he should’ve done it automatically. I noticed that one out of two of the flavors looked off. I told him the mango habanero looks weird and doesn’t look like how it’s suppose to. He tried to convince me that it was mango habanero. I refused to accept his point. He then took it to his manager and turns out I was right. He talked smack about me to his coworker in front of me. He also looks like he’s miserable working there. The Brea BWW manager seriously needs to do something about this employee. Another thing is that I’ve been to a few different Buffalo Wild Wings and they always allow me to get two favors for the lunch specials. ALWAYS. When I came here they wouldn’t allow it and would give me grief about it. Also they price their wings at 75 cents now while the other places still do 70 cents. This particular bww location is always changing up its deals and prices every week and is never consistent. When I go to other bww places and tell them of what the brea bww does they are shocked and surprise. Go to any other bww place but here.

Walked out of this establishment after ordering our drinks. Empty tables, yet a 40 minute wait. Horrible slow service, and lackluster crowd. Too much noise, too many T. V’s, Cokes that taste like carbonated syrup, and not enough Grey Goose in my Martini. Bye!!! Never again. Walked over to Bruno’s… Review awaits.

Parking here sucks :(But I like this buffalo wild wings better then a couple of other ones I’ve been to. Service is slightly better but their con queso wedges is a little skimped out on. Come here for HH *thumbs up*

If you want great wings, and a good time do not come here. The service last night was faster than when my friends and I usually come but even when we got the wings they tasted like metal! And even when I rewarmed them today they still do. The water tasted so much like tap it was so disgusting I couldn’t even drink it. The waitress we had was awesome she was doing her best to get our food out quick and kept attending to us. The host at the front was completely high and it was completely obvious and at work?! C’mon! The dining space was way too small and just crowded, even when we walked out to leave it was just such a tiny space! I have no idea what else to say other than don’t eat here. I go to the one by my house in Lakewood and I would rather drive all the way over there then come to this one– better everything there! I’m only giving you two stars because our waitress was the best! I wish I remembered her name. We sat in the dining room on the left side(from the view when you walk in) the second table closest to the corner. Anyways she’s Saving this place from the rating I would give.

After 30 minutes of waiting to be seated with plenty of open tables, then another 30 minutes for a drink order we couldn’t even get chips in that time. Paid for the drinks and left. This location is so poorly run it should be shut down. ½/16 — I tried again because my son wanted to come for his birthday. The Brea location is still the worst BWW ever. We waited 30 minutes for chips and queso. Ordered wings and Mac and cheese. Waited 40 minutes only to be told they are out of Mac and Cheese. Then ordered a pepper jack wrap and had to wait another 40 minutes. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told he’s too busy cooking. This is comical. Worst run location of all time. Worst run restaurant of all time and yet they could care less. Shame on me for giving a another shot.

This location is ok. There was nothing spectacular about this location that made it any different from any other BWW location, but the food here was subpar and the service was only so so. When we came in the place was almost empty and the initial server that seated us was ver friendly and attentive, but when our regular server came back from his break we only saw him once after our food arrived. The food was overcooked and wasn’t fully seasoned. We asked for a few things and it took forever to get them. We never got refills and we only ordered waters. We ordered a lot of food: one of each appetizer and five of us each got a separate order of wings; so it’s not like he wasn’t going to get a decent tip. I don’t think we’ll return just because there are plenty of other places in the area with better food and service. #88/100

TBH this is my first time ever in a buffalo wild wings restaurant!(Yea is that crazy?) And the experience kinda disappointed my expectation… :( We went to a chicken wings restaurant(Wing Dome!) in Seattle one time, and my hubby was saying that this restaurant is even better than Buffalo Wild Wings! So I wondered how good Buffalo actually is. Well, they disappointed me. Environment & Service: A-OK. We went in and the lady already says we will have to wait 45 mins for any food to come out. I mean, it’s good to let your customers know but we haven’t even say anything yet… and not even sure how long we needed to wait for a table. But anyways, she then says it will take us 30 mins additional for a table. We were all just like«oh.». But lucky one of us is smart enough to ask if the upstairs tables are full too. Because the lady just tell us to go upstairs and didn’t need to wait. Why wouldn’t you tell us that in the first place then? Kinda weird. Well, maybe she is forgot but ok, we went up and we sat ourselves on a table. 2nd level is actually way better than 1st level! Warm fire pit and great TVs. Food: I guess I can’t really blame their chicken wings since we only ordered boneless. Let’s be honest«boneless chicken wings» are just fried chicken balls. And they are very regular to me. If you want good fried chickens this is not the place. The skin is WAY too hard, made a crisp too strong it’s not crispy instead it’s a hard powdered thing. I don’t even know how to explain. Just the boneless wings thing is such a lie. Chicken wings meat shouldn’t taste that dry and not smooth! And the flavor is just sauces. Literally fried chicken with some sauce that you can get from grocery stores. Wow. I really don’t understand why they are such popular in the U.S. They get some stars point just because the drink is good. I ordered a mango lemonade and it was great. Overall: I didn’t like the chicken wings that they are famous for, and their environment on the 1st floor. But I did like their drink and the 2nd floor is waaay better and we had a good time there watching football games. It was a good night despite the food quality. I’d say a 3 stars because overall I enjoyed being there and nothing went bad or horrible except the food. But I couldn’t give 4 or 5 stars for sure! Food is the main thing we go to restaurants for! Not recommended unless you just want a drink and watch some games there. Sorry.

I am writing to express great disappointment my party of 13 and I experienced last night when celebrating a birthday in our group. As a former server myself I have a great deal of patience and understanding when it comes to serving big parties. However, our service, quality of food and overall experience was extremely dissatisfying and unacceptable. After patiently waiting for an hour to be seated and being flexible with seating arrangements we were greeted by a server who explained that he, along with another server would be helping us out for the night. For some reason the second server never came and we were not explained why. Our food took over 45 minutes to reach our table and when it did, it was cold. The server stated that our appetizers did not come first because he wanted our food to come out all at the same time, even though a few orders were missing and a couple of us still had to wait. When we asked for the manager she attempted to resolve the issue by deducting $ 5 from our bills only to never to return to our table to follow up with us. Even though we had been seated for two hours our drinks were only refilled once, by another server, and our meals initially came without celery and carrots(we had to ask for those too). When we received our bills at 11:35 pm we found that we were incorrectly charged standard prices when we were served during happy hour, not to mention that we did not have our bills picked up until 12:10 am without having our birthday guy receive the usual birthday spill. Given that we have been loyal costumers and traditionally celebrate big events at BWW this experience has left our entire party extremely disturbed and unlikely to return.

–If you order the Thai Curry wings, they’ll probably be way too salty! –If you get here anytime after 6pm(or during happy hour), expect extremely slow service, and good luck finding parking! –If you call in your order on a weekend 30 – 45 minutes before you pick it up(which should be more than enough time for 20 wings to be made) expect to wait at least 15 – 20 minutes there wondering where your order is. –And if you ever decide to buy a bottle of sauce from this place, make sure you check the expiration date — chances are, it’s not only difficult to read, but it’s also expired! –You could also pretty much guarantee that those menus will be sticky and dirty too since they could care less to wipe them down or clean them, EVER! +2 stars for their multiple TV screens showing a variety of sports games, and their decent draft beer selection. –2 stars for their consistently poor service(especially with their take-out orders). –1 star for not EVER being able to properly pour a pint of Guinness!(THISPLACESHOULDN’T EVENBESERVINGGUINNESSIFMANAGEMENTCOULDCARELESSTOTEACHBARTENDERSHOWTOPOURITPROPERLY)! The only reason why I’ve checked into this place so many times is because it was the only place my young cousin liked to go to whenever I went to visit in the area. Fortunately, I’ve introduced him to other places in Brea that he’s enjoyed a lot more so I won’t be coming here ever again!

I showed up at 10:30 starving and ready to eat…& it was a buzzkill because service was extremely slow. We were sitting at the roof and there were barely any tables to tend to. It took our server three rounds to finally get around to taking our food orders. What the heck… That’s not even the worst part ! It took an hour to get our food. Yes, we had a table of 10 or so but that is ridiculous! Food is just mediocre… The reason why this place isn’t getting a one star is because they were able to shut me up by serving me my drink first . Never again …

Do you want stadium noise and prices but have to watch a muted TV from a weird angle? Do you want a reason to buy new shoes? If you’ve answered yes to either of these questions, this place is for you! Aside from the service(which was spotty but pleasant), and the general demeanor of the crowd(good-natured and friendly), as a business it continues to boggle my mind as to why anyone comes here. The food is basically similar to buying freezer aisle snacks and sticking them in the oven at home. The drinks were fine, but they serve Pepsi products. If you want a rum and coke it’s not happening here. The ladies restroom was disgustingly filthy. The entire 3 hours I was there it was never cleaned, and desperately needed to be. The floor around the bar on the second floor was incredibly sticky. If you had gum on the sole of your shoe, the floor would have been able to remove it.

When one thinks of eating wings, automatically, one thinks of sports to pair it with, especially football season! Buffalo Wild Wings is one of those places I frequent during this time of the year. Located right nearby Downtown Brea, BWW, as many call it nowadays, this is one of the very few locations that has two floors. I always sit downstairs, as I cannot wait to eat when I come! Good times are always what I have here. Plenty of TVs as well as great service, this BWW always caters to the sports fanatic. Its been quite a long whole since I last came to this location. I believe the last time I came here was about 2 years ago to watch a baseball game. Parking is plentiful. You can always choose to park in the free structure nearby. Downtown Brea is a walking distance from here. I’m a sucker for their lemon pepper wings. I also never forget to have their fries and a veggie plate, which consists of carrot and celery sticks! For drinks, I never forget to get a black and tan(Guineas and Bass Pale Ale!) Oh yeah!!!
