I’ve never shopped here before and went in to buy a birthday gift today. Angela went above and beyond and helped me pick out the perfect gifts. She knew all the products inside and out and keeps the store meticulously organized and clean. She even gift wrapped everything so beautifully that I will have to take the credit and say I did it myself :)
The hand scrubs and creams are so fragrant and work really well without a greasy feel after. And their exchange/​return policy is very lenient.

Courteous & very helpful staff– the store is kept meticulous and I would have never thought to stop in if it were not for the delicate and beautiful displays. Glad I did– I found wonderful products that they were kind enough to gift wrap!

More stuff & selection compare to south coast location.

The service is A Ok, the scents are not bad, but the mens grooming products gave me a rash! It caters to more: AHEM:AHEM:“MATURE WOMEN? ”
I feel like I am in a retirement home.
The one thing does make C&E great is their wide selection of bar soaps. They are all sulfate and paraben free and my favorite all time soap is their goatmilk soap.
The store does have some unique products, but careful of the matronly looking décor on some of the products.
Crabtree & Evelyn is great for soaps, but it may make you feel like you are on the cast of «The Golden Girls «and you subscribe to the AARP magazine (Assoc. of American Retired Professionals) but otherwise, if your name isn’t Dorothy, Rose, or Blanche, then be careful when shopping here. jk
