I needed a gift for my mom that would be more meaningful than normal, as my dad just passed away and this will be our first holiday without him. I was so glad to be referred to Crystal Empress, as they were able to replicate his signature to my mom on a necklace I purchased. I absolutely loved it. So pleased with how my gift came out and so appreciative of Michelle who made sure this gift was completed on time for Christmas. Truly a wonderful experience to mark a meaningful holiday for our family.

Crystal Empress is as good as its gets! I’ve bought a few things from here and whenever i need something engraved i come here. Michelle’s work is AMAZING! We recently bought/​engraved all our wedding party gifts. I would definitely recommend this shop! Let the pics speak for themselves!

I’ve been a customer of Crystal Empress for several years and Michelle (the owner) does such a beautiful job with everything I’ve gotten engraved. She is so talented. Compared to other engraving businesses, Michelle provides the best service for the cheapest price. Not only does Crystal Empress provide engraving services, but they also offer beautiful gift wrapping year-​round, and provide many items available for customization. She can engrave designs too! I definitely recommend getting your engraving done at Crystal Empress!

I’ve done business here for several years. I’ve purchased or brought in gifts to be engraved for christmas, weddings, and birthdays. The owner Michelle has always come through with a gift I was really pleased with and happy to give. She’s also given some great advice to personalize items for family, friends, and co-​workers. I’ve also had a few personal items engraved such as glassware, picture frames, and even a few firearms (bring in the piece you want done, not the whole gun lol). Definitely will return.
