Cesar has provided exceptional service with a refined level of execution for me for over two years. My hair has a tricky texture to tame, and Cesar, without exception, gives me great, sophisticated, sexy (if I do say so myself) cuts. He has a great eye for shape/​proportion and possesses the technical ability to execute his confident vision.

ive known Cesar for three years and not once have I been disppointed. Always respectable and professional. Money isnt an issue when you want to look good. From his days from working in uptown Whittier to the present, i gained more of a friend than a stylist itself.

After searching for Ceaser for a long time I was finally able to find him through here and boy am I happy! I came in for a trim and style and Ceaser as always went above and beyond! Came in today for my first time! I wanted a cut and color for my birthday! I walked out with a smile! I wanted a natural subtle look nothing two toned or blonde looking. I had a lot of blonde that had grown out and was growing tired of the ombré look. Cesar was helpful and knowledgable about the different options I could do with my hair but he created a such a unique look and the end result was absolutely gorgeous. He nailed it & brought to life what I had envisioned in my mind :)
I left today a happy customer and excited to say I found my new stylist!

My boyfriend has been going to Elletic for about 6 months now to get his hair did. He is always raving about how well his new do holds up and how consistent the cuts are. (he has had plenty of different barbers the past few years, none of which could duplicate the same style month after month)
I had been going to the same stylist for almost 10 years and was looking for someone whom I could trust with my naturally curly hair and provide a new vision. My boyfriend set up an appointment for me with Cesar. I walked in open-​minded (slightly nervous and excited) and their professionalism and hospitality made me feel comfortable right away.
I had medium length curly hair .long layers and Cesar talked with me thoroughly about his thoughts before starting any cutting. By the time we were done, I had more dramatic layers, with my longest still being the original length; but allowing my curly hair to look its best. I also have a very sensitive scalp and he and Aracely were very helpful in recommending products for my hair-​type.
Overall, my experience was great and to me first impressions are everything. I am already looking forward to my next appointment!

I absolutely love these two. It’s like visiting old friends who happen to do fabulous cuts and color while you’re hanging out. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else and I’m glad I don’t have to.

I love my hair! I recently went to Cesar to get a full on hair makeover. My hair before needed some serious help to say the least. I’ve heard great things about them through friends who go to Cesar & Aracely regularly. I trusted his vision and after a cut and color I was in love with my new look. They have a great suite that makes the hair experience feel intimate and personal and are really attentive to your hair needs. They made my fiancé fall in love all over again ;) I’m looking forward to my hair relationship with Cesar & Aracely.

Both Aracely and Cesar have cut and colored my friends, family and my hair for a few years. They always keep our hair on point!
They are in small space much different than a large salon. Not a lot of room for large groups but it’s more personal. They listen to my needs and never rush visits.
Worth every dime!
