I only came here because they commemorated the memory of my Father, Marion Sarmiento, who came here as a Scout Leader for years. He passed away on 7÷11÷2012, on one of the trails, and placed a cross in his memory, on their «Boot Hill»
A marker was placed along the trail, where he passed away, also. They loved my Daddy there :)
The only thing… DON“T bring a dog!
The rest of the park allows dogs, but not here, and it doesn’t specify on the website.

Fun place for Boy Scouts. The rangers are helpful and nice. Nature is only 30 minute drive away
