It’s hard to find a good place in socal to get some good tackle. There’s only a few places I trust and fishermans access is one of them. So glad to have them not to far from me.

Its an awesome local shop. If you have a lure that you think or you know you can’t find .This place usually has it. They have a lot of hard to find gems.

Love this place, they have those hard to find lures and swimbaits. The staff knows the sport of fishing and is always willing to tell a tale or two. I have never had a bad experience there. Not to mention it’s right down the street from my job.
They even took the time to help with questions I had about my rare Fenwick FF83. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants to know what the fish are biting on and how to fish it. Thanks guys, I’ll be back… again!

This is my go to fishing shop. They have the best knowledge in the fishing industry and they always will get you what you need, even if they need to order it for you. It’s become the only shop I ever go to anymore. They have the best selection of Japanese baits for the bass fisherman and the biggest assortment for the saltwater guys. If you haven’t been in you’re missing out!

Great selection of fishing equipment and staff is very friendly. But my first experience there had a couple bumps. There is a young kid there about 20 years old. I think he has a lot of experience. However he asked me if he could put my reel on my rod so I let him. I get down to the boat I’m straightening up my rig I get it all done and I go to cast and I realize he put my real on backwards. So I had to redo the whole thing again. When I was with him in the store I showed him another reel I brought into the store and without noticing that the tightening knob was missing he tightened up the drag and showed me that the drag was not working. So I took it to one of my friends who said it works fine. I did end up buying another reel because of the kid.
I hope the owner will educate this kid a little more on some things so he doesn’t embarrass himself in the future

I wanted to like this shop… unfortunately I will not be returning. I walked in and found about four employee working and not one of them greeted me or even asked if I needed help finding anything. I wanted to keep my cash local; however, based on my experience I ended up driving to another shop about 30 minutes away. The two stars were for the selection.

This store not only has everything you need to fish but also great employees who are helpful and knowledgable in fishing. Shout out to Jack for repairing my reel to be fully functional again. These guys take a great care of their customers.

It’s okay. It’s your local, curmudgeon-​y tackle shop. If they don’t know you, or you’re they don’t really seem too interested. There selection is GOOD, and their prices are MSRP, so don’t expect any «deals.» Parking is a little weird. I took my 6 and 9 year old son and the staff seemed to tolerate them, which was nice.

This place is awesome! Never have I had such great customer service! The people here are great! FA Vaping is inside too with great product and employees that work with you! You must come see!

I’ve seen this location for a long time but finally stopped in today prior to my fishing excursion on Friday. They were super helpful with my old reels. They tested it out and determined it’s not in the best working order. They found a reel within my price range.
From start to finish everyone was very friendly and helpful. I’ll be coming back here again for sure.

I’ve always wanted to try surf fishing. I jumped on Unilocal and Fisherman’s Access came highly recommended. Spot on Unilocalers, the place didn’t disappoint!
Customer Service:
The customer service was extraordinary. Frank is definitely knowledgeable and VERY passionate about fishing. He was patient in answering all my questions in detail. He was considerate in taking time to listening, then giving honest advice on gear and tackle, to fishing techniques, to locations… everything you can think about asking.
Store:
Professional looking, clean, and well organized. The place offers a wide selection of QUALITY gear and tackle, both fresh and salt water stuff.
Location:
Off a busy street, just look for the tall red and white sign that says «Fishing Tackle». Not far from the 57 exit.
Prices:
I couldn’t say for sure, but I figured it was in the ballpark. At the end the customer service /​advice alone made the purchasing experience well worth any cost. Again Frank steered me in the right direction, he actually «saved» me from purchasing the wrong equipment.
I rarely give out five stars, as I believe it’s reserved for outstanding places. This is one of those places.
