How could i give this guy a bad review? hes practically been my family doctor since i was born. whether its a stubborn cough to ear infections or to getting my blood work done, i come to dr. Lin. although his office isnt the nicest looking doctors office in town, i dont mind. the front desk is nice and Dr lin is very smart. my mom tells me that he also used to be a surgeon in taiwan back in the days i wish he had more available hours though. i believe a few days out of the week are half days and some days he doesnt even work.

So, I stopped going to Dr. Lin after I moved because it was a 50ish min drive to his place. Well, for the last six weeks of my life, I have been sick with a sore throat and a really bad cough. The doctor I was currently going to gave me three rounds of antibiotics and I still was not feeling any better. When this same doctor prescribed me a fourth round of antibiotics(boo!), I wanted to get a second opinion. I made the trek to his office. Dr Lin(who still remembered me!) took a couple minutes and told me that I had a minor throat infection and antibiotics were definitely not needed. He then prescribed me some other medicines. Lo and behold, I actually started to feel better the next day. Dr. Lin is now the only doctor I will see when I am sick. 5 stars!

…because the rheumatologist and cardiologists i called is booked until mid-september in San Diego. Welcome to Crowdifornia. I have been going to Dr. Lin since I was an infant-literally. As my primary care doctor, my entire family goes to him; the only problem is-he is 115 miles away from my house! I hate having to drive 2hrs to go to a doctor, but it had to be done. If i can get Dr. Lin on the phone, he will squeeze me in no matter the notice(lets hope I don’t get bindsighted by the receptionist). When I got my tonsillectomy when i was 15, he even showed up at the OR just to check on me. Today in particular, he was a godsend. He went over my bloodtest results and took the time to explain everthing to me(unlike most docs) and even called his cardiologist friend to squeeze me in the same day when he grew concerned. He told me i wasn’t going to die because he hasn’t gotten the chance to be a «grandpa» and«spank» my future children. He is the paternal elderly figure I never got to have. Thanks Dr. Lin!
