My husband and I were referred to Jon by a mutual friend when we were searching for our first house in 2008. Not only did Jon help us find the house we wanted in our price range, but he also found one than checked all our other boxes as well. We actually had a pretty rough time with getting ahold of our loan officer when we had questions and were pleasantly pleased to find out that Jon also has a background in mortgages and was able to answer our questions. Earlier this year (2012), Jon gave us a call about our mortgage rate. He helped us save 300/​month with no money upfront in a refi.
