I have a pair of the loft skinny jeans and they are not only comfortable but they fit like a glove! So stylish!

Super Pleased… We went last min shopping for a summer internship and wanted affordable fresh slightly tailored clothes not to heavy. The sale person was so kind and helpful. We didn’t even realize the store close 20 min earlier. Great service!

I’m a fan of The Loft but this store has limited quantity and the absolutely WORST customer service! I should have turned my camera on to capture how not a single salesperson says hello or can I help you! It’s the first or second time either.

Always good. Discounts are great. Good sales. Always stylish clothing with great customer service. Plus it’s on birch street.

Came here today to check out their 40% off sale and I did not leave disappointed!
I was greeted by a friendly associate (Stephanie) she helped me by taking a few things to a fitting room (which I quickly added to!) She also helped me find leggings I was looking for. I was checked on again while trying things on.
Overall, this was an excellent experience as it normally is at this location. I love the sales and the selection of clothes. The perks of the loft card never hurt either. Can’t wait to come back! :-)

I am over the quality of clothing at Ann Taylor Loft. The seam in the armpit area of my recently purchased sweater unraveled so I visited the Brea store in an attempt to have it replaced or have the cost of the tailors reimbursed. After I was asked for the receipt which I don’t have I was told that they were not going to reimburse me for the tailors and couldn’t do anything for me because it was on clearance for 4.98. No problem can I purchase a new one for 4.98??? Well needless to say the answer to that was no as well because it was no longer available. This is not the first issue that I have had with the clothing I purchased from Ann Taylor Loft. I started taking everything to the dry cleaners after another sales associate said it must be my zippers putting holes in my shirts when I wash them. This is definitely not the customer service you receive from Nordstrom’s or a fraction of it. By the way don’t try and call customer service either because you will receive the same horrible customer service.

I don’t like clothes shopping and always seem to buy the same look even when I’m trying to upgrade. I went to Loft in Brea on my daughter’s advice. I looked around and, as usual, wasn’t sure about sizing or choices. The sales rep at the counter (Amanda) asked me if I needed help and this angel then listened to me and took me around the store to get an idea what might work. She brought a selection of sizes and body-​type styles until I happily found three tops and three pairs of pants (yes, pants — they never fit!) that work perfectly for me.
Thank you Amanda my dear, I will be back.

Love that all of the employees that work here really invest in all of their customers! They are all so passionate and very helpful. The store is always beautiful and so colorful! Love, love, love this loft more than most. I’ve been to many that have been unhelpful and disorganized, unfortunately:(

I would like to begin this review by prefacing that I love Ann Taylor Loft. I do not like this store. The staff is not friendly at all. No one greets you when you come in. I wen’t in recently to make an exchange and the unfriendly clerk gave me a smirk and told me that they don’t exchange swimwear or maternity their. There was not an «I am sorry you didn’t know that» or «I am sorry you came all this way for nothing». She just smirked. I have run into several unfriendly sales people there. But for me this was the straw that broke the camels back. This experience made me want to write a review. If you come here, do not expect professionalism.

Love that they have a store on this strip. Went on a spree here and picked up a couple of new printed shorts, lightweight cardigans and tanks here. Great day for sales. I’ve been a fan of their clothes since living in the Bay, especially for cute work clothes attire.
Love that when we were at the register, the sales associate scanned a few coupons and we saved a couple of dollars from the haul. Def coming back again.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop and get inspiration from. The new product is amazing and the staff are very attentive. I come in and ask them what I find at other retailers, and they never seem to mind helping me put together an outfit, even if all items aren’t from their store.
I like coming in here for fresh ideas and there always seems to be some kind of promotion or discount for teachers and Brea community. Its pretty busy in the morning, so come in the evening if you want some one on one time.

I love the clothes at Loft, but have begun shopping elsewhere because the service at this specific location is so bad. The young staff doesn’t pay any attention to the customers, even during non «rush» hours. The last several times I’ve been shopping at this location, I’ve had to get my own size adjustments because no one has checked on me. The last time I was there, I actually went in and out of the fitting room twice each time with 2 – 3 items, and left the store (without making a purchase) without ever even being greeted. Maybe they need a secret shop to help get things tightened up, because something needs to change.

Had such an lousy experience, I’d run Ann Taylor over if I could. Jk ;) Not pleasant, and honestly not going back.
Yeah, just think over priced crap.

I am an avid fan of ATL. It’s definitely come a long way — clothes are now much more fashion forward. let’s face it, some day we all have to stop shopping at WetSeal and Express. These are clothes for women, not girls.
I wanted to give a shout-​out to the Brea Union store. I missed the deadline by one measly day to turn in my spend $ 50 get $ 25 off coupon cards (I earned these weeks ago with a heft ATL purchase at full retail prices). What was even more sad and infuriating is I had 6 of them and I could have also gotten an additional 30% off.
Although the store was unable to honor my expired coupons, the store manager found some way to give me 25% off my entire purchase. It wasn’t as good as my coupons, but it sure took the sting out of not being able to use them.
Good for her — she made loyal customer out of me.

It had been more than 2 years since I visited Brea downtown. So glad that I found several nice pieces of clothing in the ATL store yesterday. Their petite size pants are really well cut. Service was good.

I was a big Ann Taylor fan back in the 90’s. And my taste in clothing is going from preppy to ultra conservative to funky but girley… Anyway, my taste in clothing has changed in the past 20 years. I stopped going to Ann Taylor for the longest time.
Today, I stopped in and got really lucky. They actually have really cute tops with just enough ruffles on it to make it feminine and very girley. Plus it was on SALE and you get additional 30%. So 15 bucks was all I spent on this pretty little top.
Dress it up with a cute beaded necklace and you are set to go on a little luncheon with your girlfriends! Guaranteed for sure that your friend will ask you about the pretty blouse!

Where to go to dress like a woman rather than a girl.

have wide selections of womens clothing and the quality is pretty nice. maybe it’s just me but the clothes sold at Ann Taylor Loft are kinda catered towards more grown-​up women. Not that I’m not grown woman or anything but I’m trying not to use some harsh terms here: D
and the sizing are pretty big too. even their petite is bigger than the usual petite size in other store.
